In my country , Bitcoin is totally illegal because the goverment has no solution to control it so that's why they list it on the illegal list even they don't know anything about it Smiley

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

If feel positive about Bitcoin, forsure the price of Bitcoin will rise. In my opinion about the future of Bitcoin, I think Bitcoin technology the blockchain  will be use of some banks on the whole world, They will introduce the blockchain technology and new currency that was decentralized too. Some banks now are studying the blockchain technology, and I think they will take their chances in this new technology and use it.

Legality is a relative concept. For me, something legal is not legal for someone else. For states, Bitcoin is not legal but legal for people.

Yes, I agree on you. Bitcoin is legal and illegal, why? Because some other country already approved bitcoin, it is also already approved for buying something in the malls as a payment. But some countries not yet approved bitcoin because they wanted to study first and do research about this. It is illegal in other country but for people it is legal.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
Well for me,bitcoin is difinitely a legal.Because a lot of countries worldwide accepting bitcoins and altcoins as a good business. And also in our country, there is a mobile financial services which allows us to buy bitcoins. And after we gained profit,if we need to convert it back into our own currency,it allows us to convert. So it's really good that bitcoin is legalized by the government because it can a helped a lot of people.

Bitcoin legality depends on the country you are despite the fact that some countries are pulling out of the bitcoin communities more countries are accepting bitcoin which makes all cryptocurrency holders go with a good hope in future. To me bitcoin is legal and a better place to invest.

Everything you have said is right. The legality of bitcoin depends on your location. In our country, I'm glad to say that it is legal.

Due to its inherent nature, some countries are looking to either ban or regulate BTC. As we've seen over the past couple of months, it has been in the center of talks which gave it a real negative reputation which then lead to some panic selling and loss of confidence from investors and potential investors. The lagalities would now depend on your locale. It's better to keep yourself updated on how your country deals with BTC and altcoins so you won't get blindsided.

As of now bitcoin in our place is considered legal but not as a kind of currency. In our place you cant buy using bitcoin but they are not making any movement against any bitcoin activities. Everything you said is on point. Maybe in other place bitcoin is already facing some problems and in other place bitcoin is very famous. It really depends on how the government see the bitcoin.

I think that this will be a very important aspect for your question regarding the legalization of Bitcoin. and yet I grew up believing that Bitcoin is a threat to them in state security, but what exactly this danger is, no one talks.

Bitcoin is "not illegal" in most countries; it means that its position is not clear.
Of course, they can't ban bitcoin without a global decision. We'll see.

I know for sure that bitcoin is a threat to the banking system. Because banks will always stop him. There is no legal basis now, unfortunately.

Law enforcement officials, tax authorities, and legal regulators can only pay attention, they cannot regulate and enter into the system run by bitcoin. Provisions to legalize or not the policies of the government. Although the government cannot adopt bitcoin, we can still take advantage of bitcoin through investment, trade, and mining.

It depends on which country to use it) So this is an electronic coin that no one can track down or take away from you. So it's absolutely legal! And no matter what country you are in. Tongue
