The legal status of bitcoin depends on the country of residence, but in most parts of world it is of course legal and even is used by the institutional investors. So don't think it is some black illegal thing.

if Bitcoin is accepted and that the most important thing in your place, next is to know what law or regulations are there in your country for you to be aware also, since every country has there own policies.

Bitcoin is illegal in our country and all cryptocurrencies are illegal. The transaction was completely banned. I think this approach is stupid. We should follow the development of the times.

Yes, I agree. a big role is played by what country you live in and whether your government supports cryptocurrency.

BitCoin is the most known and most valuable coin on the currency market. In the early days the crypto money was completely illegal, but then the stock market grew and some governments made the bitcoin legal.

Yes I agree. Bitcoin for me is legal because it is not against the law. It also rezpect the law of the society. Bitcoin is just helping us in financial. It has no intention to ruin our society.

Unlike illegal, counterfeit money, which is a blatant example of a "currency" that misrepresents itself as legal tender, Bitcoin is entirely different. Nevertheless, it operates in a seemingly gray area when it comes to regulation.

North America and Western Europe are the regions with the highest degree of bitcoin recognition. On the issue of Bitcoin, the Middle East seems to be the most inconsistent. Interestingly, Iran, Iraq, and Turkey all recognize the legitimacy of Bitcoin, while Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt impose different degrees of restrictions on the cryptocurrency.

Asking such a question, it should be clarified about which country is being discussed. A number of states support bitcoin, where it goes in legal but uncontrolled turnover, but there are also countries and their majority, where bitcoins and any crypto currency will not soon be legalized.

What is legal? What is your legal definition? The world is so big. So many countries. Some countries are legal. Some countries are illegal. Look at what country you are in.

It is legal, because in world of cryptocurrency, bitcoin is a money through online and easy to use but there are countries are not allowing to use bitcoin, its because of their belief that bitcoin can break their image.

The Countries does not mean anything to Bitcoin or any other coin because they don;'t need it to stay listed on some kind of decentralized market. The Government is lying to make people think that the coins need them to survive.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.

Bitcoin is not legal but it is also not illegal.

It is not legal because most governments have not fully embraced it as a currency or asset.

It is not illegal because it does not breach or go against the laws of the society as regards finances except for criminals who use its anonymity to perform dastardly acts like money laundering, tax evasion and drugs/arms proliferation.

But it will break the barrier of countries and distance ? IF you want to transfer your money to someone who away from you 100000000km, you just need a few clicks and everything is done , is that convenient enough for you ?
