In other places around the world, the legality of bitcoin is viewed differently, but for the most part it remains relatively safe to use as long as it is not tied to illicit purchases or activities. many countries have issued statements indicating that bitcoin and other digital currencies are not regulated and do not exist as officially sanctioned currencies: a status that could put users at risk but would not have them violating any laws.Bitcoin is outright illegal in some countries, such as Iceland. Depending on where and how you utilize bitcoin, it is important to remain up-to-date on the latest regulations concerning the digital currency. as laws change across borders, governing bodies and, increasingly, as the platform gains popularity, questions about bitcoin's legality will continue to be raised.

Bitcoins may be considered money, but not legal currency
Bitcoin is largely used for illegal activities, but I sincerely thinks it never was designed to do so, and its foremost interests as an experiment and alternative money system have nothing to do with it.

i think bitcoin can be illegal and legal at the same time it is just a matter of how you will use it and also how did you get the bitcoin itself but at this point it can be called mostly legal

yes bitcoin is legal it follows all rules and regulations of the government and this time it is top and safe from others.
In what country does it follow the regulations of the government? In most countries bitcoin is not legal and is not fixed in legislative system.

While tax authorities, enforcement agencies, and regulators are still exploring the phenomenon, one pertinent question is "is bitcoin is legal or illegal?" The answer is it depends on the location and the activity of the user

Truly. I think bitcoin is law requirement. So it will be a great deal better for us. What's more, we can utilize it as per our desires since bitcoin is legitimate then we will have a great deal of work to do. Furthermore, we'll be free of pressure, we can function admirably. It will be anything but difficult to work for individuals of numerous nations if Bitcoin is lawful. And all the jobless individuals will discover their activity terms. Then they don't need to confront the agony of their activity. So it is our expectation that bitcoin ought to be lawful.

The legality of Bitcoin has been a topic of serious concern to many government authorities around the world. Right now, some countries have taken the bull by the horn to legalize its usage in such economies while many others are still contemplating what to do with it. Where I live it is yet to be legalized.

Well it’s different for every country. Some countries put restrictions on bitcoins while others allow their people trade bitcoin legally. There is no global restriction yet but i am expecting to see some bans and restrictions by  dumb countries in the future. It’s doesn’t matter if they accept it or not , bitcoin and crypto currencies are the future.

Nobody knows what the bitcoin's legal position is, also because it varies from country to country.
In most countries, it is not illegal; this of course does not mean that it is legal, it simply means that the rulers have not yet figured out what to do.
We'll see.

legal bitcoin or not is the decision of every country, there may be a country that legalizes bitcoin and does not legalize bitcoin this makes it a lot of debate in various countries about legalizing bitcoin.

I do not think bitcoin is illegal, they are just interested in it since everyone is anonymous and the investors are always going after it. There aro no laws or rules regarding bitcoin but I do not think that it should be illegal in any way, the government are just too scared thus protecting peiple too much from it.

Bitcoin is legal so far that the government has not banned the use of bitcoin throughout its country, but it will not happen right in every country because the countries that are developing and are not going to renounce bitcoin will fight for it until the last to facilitate their citizens' pricing

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
Your view is on spot. Bitcoin has gained misconceptions such as being a scam or fraudulent by people who do not truly understand how it works. Bitcoin skepticism has become rampant in many nations due to different regulations. If it is accepted, it's legal. If not, it's illegal. What is applicable in one country may not be applicable in others.

So Bitcoin legality is more of a territory issue.

Here's an insight from Wikipedia on this topic.

Yes, Bitcoin is legal with the country who was adopted it only, the rest are not at all because they don't accept the way Bitcoin works.
Bitcoin is too good for them to accept because their banks will be on the threaten and they absolutely don't want it to happen.

In my country, it is allowed to work on Bitcoin and to all of the cryptocurrencies, so I could say that bitcon is legal depends on the country's officials.
