yes i agree that cryptocurrency is legal, because some of the countries allow operation with cryptocurrencies,,while other prohibit it,,the most important thing is to pay the tax on the profit you made,,more also its one the advancement in technology,,just to make everything easier and more convienent,,so for this reason cryptocurrency its legal

For me I think its legal because it is handled by the Governments in every country whos having a bitcoin but if its not a governments then it is handled by the professionals.

Some countries prohibit the use of bitcoin as a means of payment. However, the government does not prohibit citizens to keep or use them for transactions with legalized countries. The law of bitcoin depends on where we live. In the country where I live, bitcoin is not legalized as a medium of exchange
yes, in some countries there are also legalized bitcoin, and there is also a claim that bitcoin is illegal, currently in my country bitcoin not yet in
legalkan , but from the local government there is no prohibition to use or have bitcoin.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
in illegal bitcoin so it's still impossible to talk about legality, taxes and so on. but i enjoy all that there is a bit of profit in my bitcoin country yet been legalized so no deductions for taxes.

its true bitcoin not legal in every country and it depends on what country you are in. In indonesia its illegal to do transaction with bitcoin but we do still able to buy bitcoin freely. I think world wide regulation that would happen on june will make bitcoin legal cause there will be regulation and taxation. I believe this will make bitcoin and cryptocurrency legal

Yeah bitcoin is legal since it is the top most leading cryptocurrency in the earth. Due to its value and risky transaction, some countries are referring bitcoin as illegal, banned and low trust issue.

The question is really very controversial. Since different countries have different laws. However, if at the next G20 summit they decide to regulate Btc together, there will be more clarity in this matter.

In cyber bitcoin is legal. But in the real world it depends on which country. In China bitcoin has been banned by the government, meaning bitcoin is illegal in China. In my country, bitcoin and other crypto coins are still gray. There is no firm rule about it. But it does not seem to matter as long as it does not use bitcoin to shop (as a direct exchange tool, replacing the official currency of the state)

It depends on which country you're  living. Some countries it's legal, and some are blocking it. I'm  lucky that in my country it's legal.

Its not legal yet but they are not illegal. Bitcoin is free, stand on its own and not under controlled. We don't need bitcoin to be legal, you can see there is a lot of transaction has been done.

I agree with you about the advantages of bitcoin banned in a country, so it is not tax deductible, but we can not use bitcoin for shopping online.

in general I think bitcoin can be accepted by various parties as a means of exchange or investment product because it is not harmful so I think that legality is only to how a country make its regulation and allow real bitcoin traded in the country

There are countries that banned bitcoin. But in our country bitcoin is accepted as payments and also you can withdraw in banks using bitcoin. Each country has its own regulation and law for bitcoin. Use bitcoin for good not for you own interest and addictions.

In some countries, bitcoin is illegal since it is not a fiat money and not the official currency that a country uses.

bitcoin is currently in doubtful stage, because in any case there is a legalized country and does not legalize bitcoin. this becomes controversial because bitcoin prices will go up and down and can not stabilize.

Bitcoin is legal, you are not tied to some criminal activities by using bitcoin, the governement is just taking you away from wrong investments and getting scammed because you cannot get anyone that has scammed you because of the privacy offered by crypto.

In my personal view I would call bitcoin a legal thing. However, there are some countries that consider bitcoin as an illegal thing and there are some states also that free bitcoins are used. I think this is very dependent on ourselves, bitcoin is still in development and is currently still divided into two sides of legal and illegal
