A few countries are legal to define bitcoin, mainly small countries, which may be for the economic consideration of the country, because the introduction of the legal policy of bitcoin can move some encrypted currency exchanges to their countries, which will bring a lot of tax benefits.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Yes bitcoin is legal unless your country will strictly prohibited bitcoin and ban the bitcoin.
In addition to the issue of direct prohibition, there is still a question of taxes. In many countries bitcoin is not prohibited, but the authorities are trying to fight its ecosystem under the pretext that it allows you to carry out transactions of large amounts of money without taxes.

The Cryptocurrency phenomenon may have enormous potential, but also a real impact for the economy in general, especially in countries with a low financial sector. Perhaps some governments are not ready with the potential impact, or are looking for the right formulation to enter and take part in the industry.U

As you say, bitcoin legality depends on where you live, bitcoin in our country is not yet valid as a means of payment but is not prohibited by the government. this happens because in our country there are no rules about the world of cryptocurrency, so as long as the rule does not exist then we think the bitcoin is legal to be used as an investment tool.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
Yes,it's depend on how you use it. and what you are doing with it.BitCoin has many beneficial purposes that have nothing to do with crime. Speed of transactions and much lower cost are obvious benefits.and there is nothing illegal about its nature. Demand shall drive its continued adoption. Few governments have done anything to truly deny their constituents of this opportunity.

Yes that right the legalitas of Bitcoin depend on the country where we stay. In my country Indonesia, Bitcoin not regulated yet so goverment not allowed using Bitcoin to make transaction for good and service. But in fact many kafe and restaurant here accepted Bitcoin for payment good and service. So that mean this technology can not stop by anyone.

Bitcoin itself is not totally legal but because of it's exchanger on every country it is legal because they have liscence to operate the business. To enable people to convert to fiat money and exchangers also of bitcoin has a tax. That's why bitcoin begun to legalize worldwide.

I am in a country that is still in a gray area against cryptocurrency. But maybe this is a signal that crypto is still in its infant stage, and of course still very big potential to develop in the future.

If we talk about the legality of bitcoin, there are some countries that do not recognized it, but still they are using it. some totally banned it. It really depends on the country and the government who control their own country.

Yes I agree, and it seems that I will not be able to spend bitcoin or any crypto at a retail store in my country. But I believe in the future the government will reconcile with cryptocurrency.

there is nothing illegal in bitcoin. But it should be mentioned that very often it is used for illegal activities, as any asset I guess and it is difficult from the side of governments to control transactions,

I think that there needs to be a further distinction to be made between regulation of the cryptocurrency it self and cryptocurrency businesses.

Different countries have different opinions about crypto-currencies in general, not only about bitcoin, for example in Germany it is already very easy to pay with bitcoin, but for example in India the authorities of the country do not understand the meaning of bitcoin at all, I think that we are all smart people, I'm afraid to show my finances and some do not.

Bitcoin is a Cryptocurrency. A currency that isn’t physically tangible. I’ve done some research, and I haven’t come across a law that prohibits the usage of such currency probably because people hadn’t expected or forseen a currency as such. Some countries of late have banned bitcoin in light that it could lead to money laundering. However, a majority of laws don’t necessarily pertain to cryptocurrencies by its very definition and if you aren’t breaking the law, it isn’t illegal.
