In my country in the philippines where i live bitcoin is not legalized. We know that every country have a different policy in terms of rules and regulation. I believe that it will become a legal in the right need. They just need time talk and to do about bitcoin. Just wait the announcement and stay tuned about it.

If there is consensus on a particular asset as a mean of payment by large group of people spread across a country and the world such asset like bitcoin become legal for those that uses it. Bitcoin is a legal and the government all over the world knows it.
There are some countries that bitcoin is a legal currency but in the philippines bitcoin is not totally legal because our government doesnt even know about this. But when the time comes that they know about bitcoin, they might put tax on it.

It is legal only in the countries that allowed it to be legal, I mean such as France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, etc. But many others banned the bitcoin without a good reason for this...

It depends on the government. But now no government acknowledged it nor banned it. Later the bitcoin may become the currency like US dollor but also likely to be zero.

Yeps! Bitcoin is accepted at different levels in each country. Others only citizens knew of it and uses it and government did not recognize it, other countries regulations have not been imposed and so is taxation, others have banned it totally, while others have legalized its existence. And so in many countries bitcoin can be used as payment for buying stuffs.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
bitcoin is accepted and recognized on different levels in each country globally. Many have legalized it, others have accepted and regulated it, taxation imposed. Others have just started taking steps in regulating it, while others were only recognized on a citizen level but not by government. Other governments have banned bitcoin before, but have now welcomed it. check this link https://www.investopedia.com/articles/forex/041515/countries-where-bitcoin-legal-illegal.asp

The existing regulations in each individual countries will determine the legality of bitcoin. Some states hasn't banned it but they do issue warning to protect their citizens. These warnings I think we're as a result of the significant increase in Ponzis in 2017.

For me it is legal. Because now you can use bitcoin for transactions, buying things online and sending money to love ones. Although some countries did not allow since they have their own crypto currency. And it is very popular now and many peope are using it.

is bitcoin legal??? To know for sure, go to the police and tell them you own some bitcoin. If it is illegal they will put charges and if it is not the won't. This way you will know 100% if it legal or not in your region.

Some countries of late have banned bitcoin in light that it could lead to money laundering. However, a majority of laws don’t necessarily pertain to cryptocurrencies by its very definition and if you aren’t breaking the law, it isn’t illegal.
