I sell my altcoin as soon as it is listed as I have seen lot of time that after it get listed the price comes down and. Then it pickups up. So once I sell in profit and then if the project is good I rebuy  them.

It is reallt depends on what your situation is,if you really need some cash or you need to cashout you can pull out your altcoin investments and convert it to bitcoin but if you really dont need to cashout do not pull it out because these altcoins i believed can give you more gains than holding your bitcoins alone.

To be honest, i usually avoid to sell my altcoins so soon. But sometimes it’s better selling them as soon as possible for example if the token is not promising anymore.. What i meant is, it is very important to know which token to hold for long term and which one is better to sell soon.
