Its not good to send fake KYC in the case of exchanges because of withdrawal issue. Its possible someone want to withdraw huge amount of money from exchange and they may request for some documents you do not have with the fake ID submitted earlier then its possible someone lose all his/her fund because of fake ID.

If you don't want to send your personal information simply not to joined on bounty that required KYC. It's really unfair if there is participants who use fake id while other's give their real identity, but is they really send fake account?  If yes hows the op know?

This is really a question about the legitimacy of KYC, we all know from a fact that KYC can be easily done without sending your real identity. Some people send fake documents for their own purpose, eg. Security and disclosure of their identity, I myself don't want to get involve in KYC that's why I prefer to buy in exchange than in ICO, but now looks like more exchange might require KYC for their costumer. The problem now how can they validate if the submitted ID's are real? it all depends on the project in which you are ready to provide your data and how much you have invested in it! I do not think that you think of this idea if you invest in a project for example $10,000 and then he finds out that you sent false documents, what will happen to your money? Of course you will lose them! but if you participate in the bounty and they ask you to go through the procedure KYC you do not lose anything from your exposure except their time and possible profits in the future!

I think it's not right to demand pass KYC from bounty hunters. We don't launder stolen money. So we do not need to send documents. I'm generally against KYC for bounty hunters.

Video? I think it depends on the ico but i haven't experience that any ico requires you to have a video of KYC the typical and common was an valid id and a picture of a holder as a proof of legitimacy. Instead of submitting a fake id its better not to participate if you don't want to submit your identity.

That's what i've been thinking about and i've come to the conclusion, i'm not gonna do that.
I would rather forego projects that require kyc than start working with a fake id.
