4new has one of the most spread out forms of payment but I particularly like to do my stuff in eth due to its fast transaction speed which maybe why it's recommended by 4new themselves

Yep, it will be interesting to see how the impact from the actual land owners and entire municipal owners react. I know where i'm from their is a strong demand for things like this, anything to do away with the trash dumps that have become hills, especially on small island where it has really gotten out of hands which is where i hope they eventually build one.

It is probably on their site. On the main page it doesn't say anthing about Paypal being available as a payment option. Maybe you need to make a account first, and then probably there will be information about Paypal.
