I doubt that there is a person here who understands something in this area. I mean machine learning and neural networks. This is a rather complicated technology and I do not think there will be specialists in this field who could answer your questions.

Yes, I did not mean a deep analysis of the implementation of the algorithms of this. Just at least understand how well it can function and how professional the skills of those programmers who were writing this product.

Well, I do not think that there are any problems with this. Because the developers and the team are tuned with this project seriously. No one would take up an area in which you do not understand much. so I'm sure that product development is in the right direction and you should not worry about it.
