How retailers get their money from ZEEX? When and how if country forbid transaction from exchanges for crypto?

Retailers will be paid in Zix tokens which they can do with as they like, hold or exchange for fiat or other Cryptocurrency. We're partnering up with Bancor which will allow all tokens in Bancor's liquidity network (50+ ERC20 tokens to date) direct conversion to ZIX.

what is benefit for retailers? what if price of ZEEX coin go dow, they lose money for sure. Are they secure from this loosing money?

The benefit for retailers is that they will have additional demand coming in from people holding cryptocurrencies. Zeex also manages assets in a way that keeps the retailer safe from market fluctuations and provides liquidity. An additional benefit for retailers is that we provide working capital which can be turned over 40 times per year! Retailers love gift-cards because a lot of the time those gift cards aren't spent in full or at all.

One question, since we are in an age where privacy and security are important yet very fragile, are the gift cards secured somehow and if so how so?

The gift cards are secured by our protocols technology to prevent double-spending. In addition to that, we use staking to discourage unscrupulous behavior. We basically rely on accredited sources of bulk gift card suppliers (such as Zeek). We regulate the platform in several ways - one is the collateral that each seller/distributor would have to pledge into the system, and second - we will approve new bulk suppliers by ourselves.

Will there be some incentive to hold as many zix as possible?

Yes! ZIX is used to reserve gift cards. For example, if there is a high-demand gift card on offer (e.g. 20% off Amazon), everyone would want that! The more ZIX a user has, the higher priority they have for these gift cards

I see no reason why someone with a lot of twitter followers and newbie rank on forum would not be accepted for twitter part of the campaign,as his newbie rank doesnt have anything to do with his twitter account.

It has also become almost impossible to improve your rank here on Bitcointalk due to the merit system. Even if someone makes a good post, who takes the time to actually send merits? It hardly happens.

Zeek will be the first gift card distributor to use the Zeex Protocol and they already have plenty of top name brands that you will be able to buy gift cards for. Zeek have been around a while and are growing bigger on a yearly basis. We don't see any issue in attracting more gift card distributors to the platform as it will be a win-win situation.

Great question! As you may know, our sister company Zeek, is providing us a great foundation for us to build upon as it is a world leader in the gift card marketplace and already has very strong existing relationships with the largest brands in the world.
Also, all companies/brands are welcome to our protocol! As a platform we are always looking to bring aboard more providers. The Zeex protocol will allow any brand or gift card provider (like Zeek) to seamlessly sell their products for crypto. We believe this will incentivize them to use the Zeex protocol thus expanding the list of brands available on our platform
