Is the token ERC223 or plain ol' 20?

Zeex will be a standard ERC20 token.

do you have own wallet?

As ZIX is an ERC20 token, you’ll use an Ethereum address to store it. MyEtherWallet is a great solution for this and will allow you to store any ERC20 token on a hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor.

you say something about big retailers are interested in this project? why they like ZEEX coin, is it better ETh or BTC? Huh
Big retailers are interested in this project simply because we already have strong support with our sister company ZEEK. Check out our article in medium https://medium.com/the-zeex-protocol/why-does-zeex-need-zix-8ad243aaae60 to see why we are using a token for ZEEX!

Do you plan some open  beta testing for android and iOS applications?

Isn't web version planned first, according to the roadmap?

We believe that both the app and the web version will be released to the public at the same time. The web version is currently being worked on with a closed group and will remain internal until its public release. The most important focus however is that our app WILL launch with full functionality the day the ICO is over. Hope this helps!

Zeex is a utility token  Cool

-Natasha ZEEX Team Member-

Does that mean KYC wont be needed?

For utility tokens KYC is not mandatory, but some ICO still require that. Its just another layer of security for them.
Why dont utility tokens require KYC?

Utility Tokens don't carry the same risks associated with Security Tokens. Zeex will require KYC though.

Good call I think, to go with KYC. It will provide extra security, and it's needed in these times when everyone is pressing the crypto scene.
Yeah KYC helps alot, extra security isn't a bad thing

can someone explain what is meaning of KYC? Why is important?
Know Your Customer, meaning customers have to identify themselves,it helps with money laundering

so ZEEX does not support money laundering if I understand?

That is correct, we do NOT support money laundering which is why we are currently in the process of engaging a well known KYC provider. Stay tuned folks!  Cool

As it seems now the beta testing will be before time and internal, we aim to come out with a functional app to the public in May  Cool

So is Zeex a product of Zeek?
Can it be clasified as such?

Zeex is not a product of Zeek, they are separate.  Zeex is a decentralized protocol on the Ethereum blockchain.  Of course having a close relationship means great relationships with brands and a ton of know how, but it's not the same company.

Does Zeex have a plan to prevent pump & dump and price manipulation after the token sale?

Not really, we as a company cannot discuss price or trading as it is a utility token, not a security token, but in general, due to the decentralized nature of the application, it is impossible for the company to prevent users from performing actions. The company will hold 10% of tokens in escrow and the core team members will be restricted from flooding the market with their tokens as well.

Why does Zeex have its own token? Why not just use Ether or Bitcoin?Whats the benefit of that, wouldnt be easier to just use eth/btc?

Maybe that's an easier way to monitor the token.
Hi, so the reason we have our own token is to enable users to access the platform and stake for priority.  We will also be accepting ETH and BTC, but you can read more on our blog https://medium.com/the-zeex-protocol/why-does-zeex-need-zix-8ad243aaae60

I see this project website describing the presale has been completed, but I can not see information about the sale of coins, can only see the future plan by looking at the roadmap, where I can see information about the sale of coins

Well its much easier to control the economy and overall priject if you are  somehwat in control of the currency, and also this is good way to get funds for the project.
It's definitely easier if you have control of the currency and economy, but since the platform is decentralized, I don't think we can say that ANYONE truly has control.

Why did Zeex choose to use the Ethereum network rather than another network like QTUM?
Ethereum has gained credibility over the last few years. I believe the main reason is that ether is more widely used unlike qtum. Also, i guess ETH will remain a dominant platform for a new ICO's for a very long time to come.

Amazon officially accepted work with your project?

Hey, so as far as our partnerships with major brands, this comes from our parent company, Zeek. Zeek is a world leader in the gift card marketplace and has very strong existing relationships with the largest brands in the world, including Amazon. You can find the full list of retailers we work with at Zeek.me

Short answer: Yes

Hope this helps Cool

Is there no fees even in case I'm paying with Ripple?
.Regardless of the currency you use, the Zeex protocol doesn't charge a fee aside from any mining/tx fees you would normally experience on the ethereum network, also known as gas cost.

This sounds like a logical plan to me. It is hard to prevent and restrict user actions so this is a good plan.

And best way to prvenet that from happening is getting some product ready soon after listing.
That's one of the reasons we are launching the full operational platform the day the ICO ends, so that people will be able to use the service immediately!

Yes,so many projects dont have anything after ICO ends, for months,so no wonder price goes down, aso you gotta have something to showe after ICO ends, some beta for example.

I think they started to realize that and a lot of them are making an effort to provide the community with at least a beta.

That's really good news. Gives us many options.
. Yeah it's largely because of our relationship with Zeek, which has existing relationships with all the biggest brands worldwide.  You can find out more here https://medium.com/the-zeex-protocol/the-gift-card-economy-fdeb37171f61

Hello! Very good idea! But what if the brands located in countries where you cant pay with crypto?
. That's actually one of the best parts.  If there's a restriction against paying with crypto in a particular location, simply buy a gift card with your crypto through the platform (anonymously) and then you can use that gift card no matter what.  The brand doesn't care how you bought the gift card, just that you have it!

Thats a smart way to avoid crypto ban,you guys thought about everything!

Will it be possible to buy gift cards with fiat money too?

Of course! You can do already do that with our existing sister company ZEEK. Check out their website https://www.zeek.me/

That's actually a great way to bypass restrictions in certain countries, good job  Cheesy

Yes this way a lot of projects could bypass restrictions. Only thing is if it is a secure enough way to purchase.
Security is actually one of our points of pride, our smart contracts are very strong and our proprietary fraud prevention technology is as well.
