The game restricts you to one free roll per hour so it is obvious that using multiple accounts to make more free rolls per hour is stealing from us. Referral commission is a reward for introducing new customers to the site so referring yourself is stealing referral commissions from us. Not being able to work that out yourself makes you dumb beyond belief. Do you think shops have to post a sign with the rule "No shoplifting allowed" to make it theft?

I'm not admin, but I think I can answer this question. Initially, Freebitco.in was same like all other faucets - they paid free BTC to users and earned revenue from Google Adsense ad network. But when they got banned from Adsense, they had to change strategy. Offcourse, there is many Freebitco.in users who come to Freebitco.in just to claim free Satoshi. So, admin just reduce basic faucet rewards for users who don't gamble at all to minimize loses of website. But they aren't going to ban these users, as long as they aren't abusing website.
In worst case scenario, if faucet will bring too big loses for Freebitco.in, I guess they will just shutdown faucet and will leave just gambling services. But I don't think it's going to happen.

Normally if it is a short postponement we would just wait for the game but I think this time we'll have to just refund all the bets as it's unclear when/if the games will get played.
