Help me please. i can`t access to my account. 1) Login says ·incorrect details^...but i´m using the same mail & psw. 2) I made the recover password .. but the email not come..i check all..spam folder. 3) when i open the diary email from freebitco.in and then play the free Ticket.., i read a message email us support@freebitco.in with the error code SS1. No answers. who else has the same situation? |

I think if you send an email to this address it will just forward to their customer support. As far as I'm aware they don't send any emails from any address besides noreply@freebitco.in so if you received something from a different address you should check if it is a spoof email. |

Hope you're having a great day!
I'm a premium member at Freebitco.in website. My user ID is 2634387.
Yesterday I made a withdrawal request for 4,966 FUN tokens to my ERC20 wallet but it's still pending.
I'm not able to track the progress like a regular BTC withdrawal since there's no information related with pending FUN token withdrawals on front-end.
I've checked main page, premium tab and transaction history on premium page but I couldn't find any information.
Can you please help me on my issue?

That doesn't change the fact that it is the FUN token support channel, not this thread. This is a board in the Bitcoin section of the Bitcoin forum. I don't want to open a thread in the altcoin section because it's a spamfest over there. If they replied "stay tuned" I would imagine that they haven't released the full details yet. |
