Whats the point of posting your address? Are you asking wetsuit to send the 10k satoshi directly to your wallet?
Regarding your issue, I think it can be solved by unblocking your IP address. You may ask wetsuit or myfe for further instructions, but if they really sure that you did something against the rules then you wont get anything.

Don't gamble the money you don't want to lose.

The current captcha is way more easy and convenient as it doesn't need so much loads. Plus the fact that it was easy to answer compare to captcha back then that even you provide correct picture and clicked all necessary images still will just work after few tries.
