When I log in to freebitco.in from my phone (with an app, not with phone browser), I don't see my account balance because there's no space to display it like it's displayed on a computer screen. I have to go to the menu list to see the balance. If I only play free roll, I don't see it and won't notice a deposit.
And it's all automatic I think, so site owner won't check if the account is active or not, unless he's asked to.

As others have said, it could be a third party app. However, the regular app has it so you have to click the options (the three lines at the top) in order to get your plance to show. Is this what you mean, as I don't see there being much of a problem with it?

It's absolutely not a problem for me. The app is basically a browser with direct link to freebitco.in and a refresh button. With it or with a Web browser, in portrait mode, our balance isn't displayed as it is on a computer screen, because there's no space to display the whole menu.
I don't care, but I was reacting to the person who said you obviously notice a rise in your balance (for the winner of the 2BTC lottery prize) saying that no, it's not obvious if you play from a phone as balance isn't displayed if you don't open the menu (the tree lines on top right).

And about the security of a third part app, two points :
1) the day I'll have a significant amount on freebitco.in, I'll settle a 2FA authentification, the hacker will need my phone
2)every withdraw must be confirmed by email, so the hacker will also need my email access (which is obviously not the same as freebitco.in)

This will be a problem for some people, because the balance should be visible at all times. How else do you monitor your winnings or losses, if the balance is not visible? Have you brought this under the attention of Wetsuit yet? Use the contact us option on the website and send them a message to inform them about this glitch. ^smile^

The site works 100% through the normal browser, so I never noticed it before.

What I fear is that maybe that person joined the site, played some free rolls and never got back. Maybe he didn’t even realized he got free lottery tickets.

I was thinking about that too. But doesn't this site require confirmed email address? And I think lottery winners get email notice.

I thought about that one too. The site doesn't actually force you to provide an email address you can just set up an account with a BTC withdrawal address. When I first joined auto-withdrawal was enabled by default, not sure if it still is, but I just hope that they got a very pleasant surprise either by email or an unexpected transaction arriving.

I had won a roll of 20$ the second highest price that time getting a 9999 and I had closed the browser and forgotten about it, and instantly in a while I got a mail from them they paid me 20$. They always notify you, and it's best to update your email address so you get notification, as for the balance I always check it, and of you're using manually from mobile browser it's just a easy click three lines on the right hand. Plus it's a must visit site because of the bonus and I have already some satoshi's on the site I recieve interest for.

as i remember it right using computers will allow the players to see their balance not sure about your case mate, its still the usual site that i've

Having a history of your transactions is not the point here. Any reputable gambling site will always show your available credits, somewhere. A lot of gamblers plan their gambling activities, based on some limits for the day or week, so they need to see the balance at all times.

If you provide a site on a specific platform or Operating system, you have to make sure it works on that platform for the users.

I went all in last time and to be honest, I'll probably do the same again this (though I wouldn't recommend this)... Some of the russian exchanges like Yobit.net were very fast in getting BCH to their users but then locked their accounts for much longer.

They're a very trustworthy service and seem a lot more reliable with funds than exchanges are. I also only had to keep my bitcoin in there for 2 hours last time before withdrawing them and then getting them stuck in a limbo because no other service was fast enough to deal with the coins as they were (I sent my coins to hashnest and they were stuck there for about 30 hours until deposits were finally reopened there and I could buy the miners I wanted).

You have around 1,14% chance to roll a number that gives more than the minimum amount. So once every ten days if you claim ten times a day, once a week in average if you claim more often.
I drew 9957 a few hours ago, after more than one week with base reward only.
