I don't think they are fakes but yeah it's a bit out ordinary when some are winning with low number of tickets.
even we can't be sure those that are winning with large number of tickets are claiming their prizes
they can be sleeper accounts or inactive/abandoned accounts 
or inaccessible accounts  due to users forgetting their login credentials
that's why there is another thread for winner to post their winnings
we know then at least some of them did claim their winning prizes

This week around five winners are with very fewer tickets like less than 2000 tickets. They should be very lucky and particularly the 34 tickets winner might not even spend his coins to buy tickets may be just claimed few times free coins and got those lottery tickets. Still waiting for my turn here.

I dont think they've tweaked something, it is just a pure luck on what numbers you roll every hour. I have rolled 999x 2 times if I remember it correctly but it was long time ago when bitcoin is not that expensive like nowadays. I registered on this site since 2014, so it is my 3rd year being freebitco.in user and I only get high number few times. A month is nothing mate, just keep on claiming it as many as you can. One day you'll roll high number. It is a matter of time and luck

Nothing has been tweaked and you can work out the probability of hitting each prize level from the numbers displayed. So level 2 is 9886 - 9985 giving 99 chances in 10,000 possible results. It's all provably fair and just pure luck if it comes in. The top prize of $200 is a little harder to get as numbers are rounded you need to roll above 9999.5 to win so it's a 20,000:1 chance.
I have been playing a long time and had many rolls in the 1st 3 levels but none higher, that is statistically quite normal.

35k tickets is not that much if you see the total tickets for the round which is more than 460 million tickets. Of course it is pure luck game, you may win with 1 ticket only or you may not win with millions tickets. Just keep on trying and wait for our luck, this is the only way we can do on lottery game.

I don’t see your point. There are 10001 possible outcomes and the highest one is just one of them so, in my view, chances are 10,001:1. I don’t understand what you say about rounding numbers, they are integer, whole numbers, not fractions.

I’ve played over 2600 free rolls and I won one third price once (9994 – 9997), some fourths (9986 – 9993) and quite a few fifths (9886 – 9985), one of them today.

I play this faucet and brother site freedoge.co.in and, on average, every week I get a price (number above 9886).

Thanks for having replied. I knew that freebitco.in had a provably fair system, as well as many other sites but I don’t know anything about it. I guess I’ll have to learn.

However, provably fair seems deceiving to me in this way because, yes, it is proved to be fair, but you have less likelihood of winning than the actual whole number shown represent.

From what you said before:

I take it that all numbers would have 1 in 10.001 chances of appearing, apart from number 10.000 which would have 0,5 in 10.001 chances, and, I guess, number 0 which would have 1,5 in 10.001.
