FWIW I think exactly the same. The problem is that people are less likely to complain about that than they are to scream scam when they have to wait for 12 hrs for a confirm. On the plus side, the change won't affect the mempool much as the slow withdrawals are batched together and only one Tx is sent every 6 hours.

I hope you understand that it's just a coincidence. There is no correlation whatsoever between your betting HI or LO and the probability of winning a bet. I'm not urging you to take part in the wagering competition, but your reason for not liking it looks very strange to me.

It allows users to pay using RP to avoid doing a captcha. The first one costs 1 RP and the cost increases by 1 RP everytime they use it. When it gets to a cost they no longer want to pay they can then start doing captchas again and wait for the cost to come back down.

I think what might have happened to you is more like to be the "PLAY FREE BTC WITHOUT CAPTCHA" which is accessed from the "REQUIREMENTS TO UNLOCK BONUSES" at the top of the page.

The offer of doing a free roll without captcha explicitly tells them how many RP it will cost them each time they choose to use it and they have the option of doing the captcha instead.

The limit is when they decide to stop using it. Then when they do go back to solving captchas instead, the price decays.
