Can we already consider the premium program a scam, since one of its main features, which consist in extra daily spins, isn't working for users since a long time?

Interesting that all the mechanisms related to the betting system are working fine, including the recurrent extra RP promotions from days to days, but the WoF daily spins feature is never fixed.

If premium program can't be maintained, just come publicly and tell it to the users. Since the beginning of WoF, winning chances of getting better prizes are being gradually decreased, and that is ok, as the most important thing is that the platform remains sustainable. But reaching to the point we don't even receive spins anymore it's too much...

As said before the spins is not the most costly feature of the program.  The spins is popular and it is stupid not to fix it because its disproportionate in the attraction and attention it gets, it looks very bad that its not delivering the spins as promised.

If nothing else its wrong because the prize delivered everyday is varying and BTC price went up so the spins are giving less when delivered late, its all wrong in that regard and a foolish mistake.  Its not the main strut to the premium program, it is a silly screwup especially to let it perpetuate.   I take it that its a niggly problem to fix & not that they actually think its fine to leave left unattended, there was some attempt but yea its not delivering at present.

No progress after that. 

Looks like the FUN token part of the site has their issues.

The BTC part is working well.

Today is 31 days since free WOFs for holding FUN fell over.  There was one day a week ago where I got one daily set.  Given that reports here vary - some people seem to still get, others like me do not - I don't think it's "broken", I think the way the calculation for crediting of these WOFs to an account has changed. There are many theories! 

All we have been told is that they are working on it.  What work needs to be done to fix a process which, to my knowledge, worked flawlessly for at least 2 years? It's a really poor show and communication is up to maggots.

They actually facing a major issue if you try to back read the few pages in this thread.

But provably they are not done yet solving those issues what people currently experiencing in their casino as same as what we see from that user he didn't get yet his FUN token so hopefully they will look at those people stuck and release their FUN token especially if they want to withdraw this out of their platform. Freebitco.in is trying to revive their business and hopefully they can surpass those challenges they are facing and we can continue to see them operating and maintain their reputable status in bitcointalk.

Anyways, like I've always said when ever I come around this thread, regardless of the several issues this casino is going through at the moment, the fact remains that they served the cryptocurrency and gambling community well, atleast, for the years they've been active and responsive, my only problem is that, I've never come across anyone who won the lambo contest, and this is making me want to believe that their lambo contest has been rugged from the very beginning.
What about the weekly lottery, who can come around and tell us if he or she has ever won the lottery? I only won it once since 2016 I joined the casino, and it was even the smallest position which is the 10th place.

Anyways, it's not a crime to quit, but as it is, it seems freebitco is quiting, but we all are just not happy because the way this came wasn't what alot of us expected from a casino that was one of the oldest and most trusted.

Update from me. I received IIRC 30 WoF spins last week, so I thought things were getting fixed.

But since then daily zero spins, so its definitely still an issue. I totally accept the new changes, its for the betterment of the site. I'm Premium, and on MAX freeroll bonus btw. So I click capcha and it just ticks, it's not painful, but I do wish it isn't there because I'm so used to clicking roll without restrictions... which is the main reason I got premium + max freeroll bonus. All that wagering is risky, but you should consider removing captcha for those with max wager bonus, I mean, if you are wagering like us, then you can't be a fake account!

Similar situation here. About a week ago, after contacting support, I received a few handful of WOF spins (nowhere near the amount that would be due), then another day of my regular 16 spins, then nothing, again.

So neither the "old" undelivered spins for premium members nor their ongoing distribution has been fixed. Annoying.

There was several weekly lottery winners who came to Bitcointalk. Sorry that I can't find their posts now, maybe there is people who are better at digging deep into Bitcointalk archives than me .

I'm thankful to Freebotco.in that they introduced me (and probably millions other people) to Bitcoin, I earned quite a lot money here, but if they're going to exit business in the way that they're doing now, it will be difficult to remember them in positive light.

I had a similar issue last month. My interest didn't increase as it should have 90 days in. I sent a direct message through this platform. I never received a response but they corrected it after about a week. I am doubtful that I will see credit for this missing days but my premium membership details appear to be in order.

Contact them if you haven't. It's unlikely to put you in a worse position.

You're probably talking about soslex, who won over 10 BTCs in round 7 of the Lambo lottery in 22 and decided to share his story in this thread. By the way, here is his post.

Hey man, fair is fair. I'll always be among the first to criticize a casino even though I'm a supporter. Plenty of times have done this for all the ones I use, even the one on my signature campaign.

But there's absolutely no need to come in with suggestions that are clearly wrong.

There is at least 1 (I think even 2) Lambo winners who came in here and discussed with us.

And I myself won the weekly lottery, AND the daily wager prize (top spot). I have withdrawn all.

Today marks one month since we haven't received our WoF Spins regularly. Not only has the prize been reduced as well as the chances of bigger wins, but now we have to pray to get them... No information as to why!

The platform they have been running for close to a decade has been showing cracks in recent months. And for no possible rhyme or reason to it.
Was receiving 13 WoF spins per day but now nothing.
It is baffling how they have left their customer base out to dry and it is really just sad.

Now that is a much bigger issue than just not receiving what you should be getting daily by agreeing in becoming a premium member on this platform in the first place. Since you have put trust into a system of theirs with your bitcoin and hope they don't just disappear one day with all your bitcoin you have held on the site.
But atleast it got correct after a while. But with these issues plaguing the site in the past two to three months, it is not looking good at all at this point.

So there was an actual real life player on their site who received their promised prize amount? Maybe we can see their post and see if they are still active on these forums to see if their account is working order as some suggest these WoF outages are selective on their end of things.

I had noticed that they were incorporating a new recaptcha system a few weeks ago as it has changed now. It asks you if you want to solve them automatically to withdraw 1 reward point from your balance. Or just solve it manually.
They have updated their Cloudflare I noticed as well. It was running much smoother the last 2-3 days for the site loading and rolls not being delayed as before. But now it is even slower all the sudden and the rolls are delayed by 5 seconds so the update did nothing.

I am a strong advocate aswell when it comes to how a well established long running business should treat their customerbase. Because without them, what are they really?

During latest 8 days (18-26 August 2024) Freebitco didn't send my 16 WOF/day and this happened after 3 days in which my stock was almost fully recovered.

I recommend to read from page 1501 ongoing which is pretty much about the 26th of July facing many users the same issue for a month now.
