Like everyone else who has the premium, I don't receive the daily Spin Wheels, the emails, sometimes a day skips, the next day 2 arrive, let's say that at least 1 a day I continue to receive it, then I think it depends on the user's case, otherwise I wouldn't know.

This is the current situation.
1) Currently what works:
- Points and Tickets every Faucet Roll.
- Spin Wheel, credits all types of prizes (Satoshis, Points, Tickets).
- Satoshi Bonus in faucet roll (for those who have it active).
- % extra interests per satoshi (over 30000) available in the account, if you have the Premium active.
- Decrease % of Bonus Faceut advancement for each Spin Wheel played.
- Dice Game.
2) Currently what does not work:
- The Daily Jackpot of the Dice.
- Points credited every 500 satoshis played in the Dice.
- Tickets credited every 500 satoshis played in the Dice.
- Selectable bonus every N Wagers completed in the Dice.
- % of Bonus Faucet advancement every N Wagers completed in the Dice.
- Daily Wheel Spin credit if you have the Premium.

Let's see if they re-enable the mentioned features in the next few days, or if they are changing the system to something new.

In the sense that the ones that arrive and you play, you are not credited with the prize, or that you do not receive the ones indicated by the membership?


Spins are not credited, based on the Premium you own, in the correct way, I believe, to anyone, in my case, in the last month out of over 150 due I have received yes and no 20.

Seems like it's an end of the freebitco era as these issues seem not to be resolving anytime soon. That's a shame and very frustrating for the site's users. Many gamblers and bitcoin users are emotionally attached to this site as most of us earned their first satoshis through freebitco free roll. I wish things become better but gaining the trust again is too difficult 😕

All sites of this type in their terms and conditions, have a point where they indicate that they can change the features of the site at any time and without notice, so expecting some communication would be a special case.

Maybe they will communicate something after they have decided whether to restore or change the system, maybe they will not communicate anything and will not do anything.

All you can do is monitor the situation, and then each person decides whether to continue using the site or not.

Without any sort of communication we can only assume the worst from them. We can’t continue to give them the benefit of the doubt after months of silence with exception of a few sporadic updates every few weeks from the CSFBC account that don’t do much besides provide some false hope.

I agree with everything you say, they could be tactics used in the past to close sites, or simply the problem has become too big and they don't know how to solve it at the moment.

As said, everyone will be able to monitor the situation and decide what to do, of course a possible closure of a historic faucet like this, would not be nice to see.

You can only think of making an announcement and address issues your community are facing while using your service if you are available, and or still interested in the overall good, progress and development/growth of the service. As it is currently, and from what we all have seen and or witnessed here, the management behind freebitco are no longer interested in running the service, but like I did mentioned in several of my previous comments here, they possibly can not just shut down the site like that that, they want everyone to get frustrated and stop using the site, and by so doing, sooner or later, freebitco can no longer exist in the minds of people, by that time, they can quietly and without any attention, pull the plugs and end it all, it a strategy if you ask me.

Regardless of the several issues being faced by users, freebitco have actually contributed greatly to the success of the crypto Ecosystem, they have onboarded a lot of people into crypto by giving them some Satoshi's for free.
I can only advise people to take their money off the site, atleast for now, until maybe the decide to find a solution to all the issues.

Upgrades and changes are not made in this way, they are planned before and communicated to all the stake holders well before time. Here i do not think its related to any changes, it is that some functions / features have stopped working and also they are working for some users and not working for others, which add further to the frustration.

I think they are fixing issues for certain users and acting on certain tickets. It can be due to a high number of tickets/complaints they receive or just as I mentioned above, selective issues are getting resolved

Anyways, I've managed to withdraw the little money I had on the site off to my personal wallet, thank goodness I sold off all my fun tokens when the price was still a bit better than it is currently, though not without incurring a significant loss, but would have been worst if I was doing that now.

Personally, when I noticed the problem with the Spin credits I opened an info ticket to support, they responded to me after less than an hour, indicating that the problem was due to the enormous increase demand of Premium customers, perhaps the progressive and drastic lowering of the FUN price has caused the package to generate a loss for the site, (between satoshi interests, FUN interests, cashback and spin wheel), given that initially the price of the FUN was over 50 satoshi each, now it has dropped to less than 4.

What is unclear is the deactivation of the gambling promotions/features, on the last day I remember that there were several problems accessing the site, the Dice often blocked and even the roll did not work well.

The idea I got is that there could have been a massive attack/loss on the site of some kind and they have deactivated everything at the moment for protection, they are preparing for a change in the site's features, or who knows what else.

Personally, I hope that everything will be resolved well and not with the definitive closure of the site.

I think it's correct to say that this thread is one of the main sources of communication between the freebitcoin team and users. At least, it has been that way for the previous years. So, I wouldn't rule out that the big whales also check this thread occasionally to see either announcements or discussions on solving some problems.

I withdrew all my funds from the site yesterday without any problems, with a slow withdrawal and although the withdrawal was marked for manual verification, everything went fine.

After the 200% referral bonus promo started today noticed a few things still working and more not.
The bonus under multiply BTC game was not increasing when rolling for a few days.
But now it is going up again. So that aspect is still working.

The leaderboard is not showing up so what does this mean? The entire daily jackpots are no longer part of the site?
This had disappeared since the weekend.
