Yes definitely true mate it should members should be at least be informed on the updates of the project even just once in a week since investors tend to be paranoid sometime still thats thier right since they shared thier finances for the project to develop.

I think once a week is not enough as some investors are not online for some time and might skip that updates, maybe it is better if the team will have a community manager that will handle this.

Agree, I notice such an active interaction with the project team. The team are very responsive they actively involved in addressing and catering all the inquiries and questions.
