My Cloudbet account is blocked almost 3 weeks, support ignored all my messages!
Cloudbet do not reply to messages fast, they choosing when and which message they will reply to. Why u get blocked?

Because obviously he is contacting the support on the cloudbet site that's why he gave his credential easily. I think his identity is safe for the admin, I will never believed that cloudbet will block your account without any reason , How much balance do you have on your balance? I used cloudbet for over the years and i wagered a total of 3btc and i never experience that issue, My only query now is the slow withdrawal process.

I have a deposit that still shows pending despite 85 confirmations, so I am unable to withdraw. I contracted support 5 hours ago and have yet to get a resolution. Disappointing.

Contact the support and be patient, your case is rare, so you need to wait their manual credit to your account. Patience went out the window at about 50 confirmations and 6 hours of silence. Still haven't heard anything

If they already closed the ticket without your complaint being fixed you need to get explanation from them, or if without that is a big troll and this site should be avoided. If nothing happens on the next day you can start accusation so everyone will be aware.

Based on threads i'd see issue are still yet occuring uptil now and they should hire someone to attain those problem claimed by people so the issue will be resolve easily, but cloudbet is quite good in this industry its just matter that there prrssence in problematic times are totally hard to brough up, and if this issue will still up i think they will surely lose some prospects since the trust to play will dissapear and surely they will flee to another trusted casino ones.

My deposit was finally confirmed by Cloudbet late last night. They blamed it on the blockchain backlog from a few days ago. Their confirmation came some 250 confirmations after the actual transaction confirmed. I immediately withdrew and am looking elsewhere to play

Two bets of mine are still pending after two days: they both include a match that was cancelled for a retirement (Murray - Ferrer) so I guess I should be refunded ( didn't bother reading their T&C in case of retirement but general behaviour is a refund). May you please have a look into it and refund me so that I may keep on betting? Thanks in advance for your help
