Maybe someone was trying to intentionally or erroneously use your email address to register on Cloudbet?

I have an account with them from way back. I also stopped using the casino for some good years now, but the last promotional email I got from them was in 2018. Maybe some messages end up in the spam folder, I am not sure.

This is somehow expected if you use your email anywhere since maybe there are people trying to penetrate and do something malicious act using your mail so best thing to do with that case is abandon your email since it seems there's some people know about it. If no other issue happen then its good but for preventive measure much better to avoid using that mail especially if you want to register on a platforms that you deposit some amount for investment or trading reasons.

I don't experience the same issue but with my old account which I didn't use anymore but try to consider all preventive measure for your protection.

Even though reporting it may be against my better judgment, I'll tell you that I also received the same email. Before I was getting emails that someone was trying to log into my account (despite not having used it for 4-5 years). Then I emailed them to request account deletion -- now I'm getting this email, lol.

There was probably some kind of data breach that exposed a list of emails belonging to Cloudbet users.

When situations such as these arise, the onus has to be on the business provider to make a statement. Quite clearly a data breach could have occurred and if that is the case the company should be sending out emails to their customers/clients to advise them of the breach (and probably advise them to change their password).

If that did not happen, maybe the company is sending the email out deliberately in that format in order remind the customer he has an account there but doing it without email marketing. In recent times the reputation of Cloudbet did go down because of multiple scam allegations, at is stands I would not remove that possibility.

Not use how many of you did see, however from our side is that i haven't checked Cloudbet for ages and yesterday I saw the new Casino Design, which seems to be in beta, and it just looks amazing.

The filtering system, the Hot & Cold slots, sort games by highest RTP and so on, puts the overall experience to a new level.

it will be nice to have the feature of hot and cold to all the slots, which i think can help the players choose the ones that could eventually help in the decision process.

Congratulations @theroyalgambler, $100 is still a profit, and not everyone makes profit on their first come back using this site.

I was also curious so I visited the site again and I'm surprise with the new UI, just like you, I haven't been using this site anymore, I usually use this in the past for sports betting purposes, but you know, a lot of casinos have appeared so I forgot that there's still this one. Back then, Cloudbet would have so many bonus promotions, contents and other giveaways in games and rounds
They can leave after achieving success and good customer base for their business but they can return here like Bistler team recently said in their announcement thread that their team are considering some possible marketing in the forum after leaving some years ago.

Some casinos have their own forums like Stake, Primedice and others but if they want to advertise their business, they have to do this outside their own forums. Their own forums are only places to build up bond and loyalty of their users, not best places to advertise and find new customers.

Cloudbet as you knew, has signature campaigns with Hhampuz, then stop these campaigns and marketing many months, before they do it again with icopress, then stop it again.

We don't know will they return with campaigns in future but they possibly will do it again.

This is their account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=154563), maybe you can try to send them a PM and wait, or the easier way is to contact their support but if you are not getting your expectation on their reply and you feel you got scammed then you are free to create a scam accusation which might alarm them and your concern will be address.

Cloudbet representative last activity is last April so we can guess that it will take long that his concern will be taken care of or get notice if he just wait their reply here. I think he already receive a good recommendation on his first thread created so what he can do know is to follow those suggestion provided and try to contact them thru their support or any means that they can keep in touch to the representative of this casino.

If there's no good explanation given or if Cloudbet will keep ignoring him despite of lots of messages sent to them regarding on this issue so I guess your right creating a scam accusation might be needed so that their representative will came out and give their explanation about this case.

You can only wait until their account gets active and see your post, otherwise, you can't expect a reply.

This is their account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=154563), maybe you can try to send them a PM and wait, or the easier way is to contact their support but if you are not getting your expectation on their reply and you feel you got scammed then you are free to create a scam accusation which might alarm them and your concern will be address.

Cloudbet representative last activity is last April so we can guess that it will take long that his concern will be taken care of or get notice if he just wait their reply here. I think he already receive a good recommendation on his first thread created so what he can do know is to follow those suggestion provided and try to contact them thru their support or any means that they can keep in touch to the representative of this casino.

If there's no good explanation given or if Cloudbet will keep ignoring him despite of lots of messages sent to them regarding on this issue so I guess your right creating a scam accusation might be needed so that their representative will came out and give their explanation about this case.

Yes, for now that's the best way, but as per the statement in the other thread, it seemed like he doesn't trust the support anymore as he was promised the bonuses but it suddenly disappeared when he was inactive for a year, I guess. So now, he probably just wants to hear an explanation of why it happened, and I think the community also needs to know since this could concern not only him but all the players of Cloutbet who are loyally gambling, hoping they'll increase their loyalty points and enjoy them in the future.

Agreed. Very few sites like Stake, Crypto.Games, Bitcasino, Sportsbet etc can afford to promote their services within this forum despite the rising competition these days thanks to their reliability and popularity.

Also, one of the reasons why Cloudbet isn't really active in this forum anymore is because of the rising accusations against them in recent years.
