Still waiting since 8 days now. Have sent you all the relevant info. I have no idea why is it taking so much time and I have the other things as well in case you require in my case( deposits and/or withdrawals).

All you need is to be more patience, Cloudbet usually takes more times to investigate and verifying KYC than it was... probably they want to make sure the documents aren't fake or anything else.

Why did I receive a message just before, when loading the website, that players from Australia are blocked from playing at Cloudbet? First time seeing this message... Are you going to be implementing an AU block in the near future?

14 days is quite long delays of verification also they don't have any follow up message since March 14 so better you should send them another message thru there mail,website or whatever platform where they active since they  quietly not active answering on this thread. Just hope they will solve your issue since this one will destroy their reputation again here.

Thank you Cloudbet. Please understand my frustration as 25086 USDT isn't a small amount so I just need my withdrawal ASAP as its been 16 days already since I asked for my withdrawal. I have lost a lot of money already on cloudbet although never had a problem while depositing. Please take care of my issue as I myself don't want to put any Scam accusations or any kind of allegations before being sure that am CHEATED or something.

The trust is just weakening now and I don't want to get on the other side of the thin line and don't really want to take further actions and just want to close this matter. I would therefore request Cloudbet to just let me withdraw my money and not to stop my withdrawals from the next time.

Its been 20 days now and your answers are the same. Simple verification and investigation and am still waiting for my 25086 USDT since 20 days now. Actually we don't know what the problem is withdrawal of $25000 is not a very large amount at gambling I'm sure something is being checked
