Not sure if this has been asked before but was wondering why we only have two crypto coins with not so high transaction fees i.e bitcoin and bitcoin cash yet we have ethereum and five other erc20 tokens on the platform which have very high transaction fees regardless of amount, any chance we shall see coins with low transaction fees like doge,tron,ltc,dash etc?

Do you receive email about what is the reason for freezing your account? They should email you atleast about it. Usually this kind of investigation will take 1 to 2 weeks only and 3 weeks is already long to give you an answer. Cloudbet should this issue properly or atleast give an update on how the investigation going.

You can create your own complain thread in the scam accusation board which you can find here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 so that your case will not gonna over look by Cloudbet admin since this is taking too much time.

That's right, KYC is done before the deposit. And you need a passport and confirmation of the address, these selfies and Skype are illegal. But no one cares, these sites neither pay taxes nor are subject to control.

At least admit that you dont have funds to pay. How it feels to you that your customer his begging for his rightfully won money? You are taking so long to complete KYC is it for the reason that you do not have funds right now and you are waiting for another customer to deposit some handsome amount so that you can carry on your selective scamming model.

Pay the man already. Stop feeding us your bs excuses it take longer. Why did you ask him for KYC anyway? Verification of documents takes some minutes or hours, not 1 month.
