I have been mailing your support and always I receive automated mails. When are you giving my money back? Please just open my account so I can withdraw my money. Investigation is going on for 35 days. Think that's enough time for that now send me my money. Thanks.
If I am not wrong they completed your verification process and you also accepted that you created a second account after losing access to your first account so now you need to convince Cloudbet to pay you instead of keep blaming them, I hope community will give attention to your issue.

Who completed my verification? Where's the confirmation to that? Do you think I would have been after them if they completed it am waiting for 35 days for just a verification and Withdrawal and you telling me they completed it? They have never ever completed any verification nor given me my 25086 USD that they are probably using.

One Account per IP was the one which broken by you which is what I said as confirmation.

What is LAST ACTIVE good for when we spoke about something different? And I wrote they havent been online from 8th-13th, just to show that what you say "they are here every day" was wrong.

Flag type 1 is useless, you must create flag type 3.

But if you actually violated their terms by creating multiple accounts thats your own fault tbh.

So one mistake gives them the opportunity to seize my 1000s of dollars? Investigation for what then? I just wish anybody trying to defend these type of things by online casinos get the same taste. Loosing 1000s of dollars was fine and when I recovered some then also am wrong. C'mon people they will start doing these things and taking money from people and not return it if we continue finding our own mistakes everytime. If you seeing the mistake also see that my total deposits in irregular ones is 42000 USDT and 3.54 ETH. Did I make the account only to give money? Loosing so much money is always fine but if you recover some of it your DEPOSITS are seized and also your WINNINGS are seized.

I disclosed right when they asked me to do it. It wasn't late as when I came to know j told them. You can check the emails I have uploaded everything is in there. And yes I think I should wait for a few more days now rather than getting angry about this. Also I always said my rewards are lesser than the amount I deposited in the irregular accounts and I just want my recovery because if they void the bets of the irregular accounts as per there Terms, its 42000 USD deposits and 3.54 ETH deposit and one withdrawal of 7700 USD. You can see how much have I lost still Cloudbet has to take more than a month to investigate. But let's just wait for a while now.

@tomahawk9 I’ll second that as the new design is indeed pleasant for the eyes, and it loaded pretty well on my IPad, and I’m highlighting this because many sites are yet not optimised for tablets. Furthermore you’ll should definitely add Doge coin, because that’ll help you attract many new gamblers to wager on your site.

When are you going to complete your investigation and give me my 25086 USDT please. You should also work on client retention rather than making new clients. Atleast conclude your investigation and open my account so I can withdraw my money that's stuck with you. It was my money that I really n check d for my survival. Thank you.
