I can confirm this. My withdrawal went through for an even a shorter time, perhaps because I used and altcoin to with. Also, I am amazed by the very low BTC withdrawal fees. Way lower than what an exchange that claims to charge the lowest fees - (0.00001 BTC)

Anyway, if there are promotions at Games and Rounds/Board, just let us know—it’d be great to jump in.

Yeah, there are some sports games that are easily predictable but the issue with this type of games is that they don't usually come with a good odd, and the issue of not winning most games in betting comes when the gambler is more focused on chasing after odds with good profit potential than actually chasing after a win.

I say this because it's something I myself am guilty of, there are times I enter the sports betting market and see lots of line ups, I know the matches I will bet on and win, but the odds of such matches isn't encouraging, I end up going for the match with better potential profit but higher risk of losing.

Odd should not be the problem here mate, in sport betting, you are allowed to add multiple matches to your stake so that you can have a bigger odds that will give your big potential winnings and this is what most of us do often. I have staked some few dollars on some of the champion league matches for today and I am waiting to see the outcome of others. I am very certain that I am going to be profitable in few of my bets. Lolz...I'm happy that you're guilty this. However, it's better to bet on winning than going for a bigger odds which are very risky with a very small possibility of winning your bet. Maybe, that's how you enjoy the fun when gambling.

I don't care about how small the odds are, the moment I am placing a bet on any club, I don't get discouraged by the odd because it's better to win something than nothing disregarding the amount. Going for big wins is where the problems lies because it hardly favor gamblers.

People deals with wining in different ways and also I did not withdraw because of any testing or doing it to make myself feel in the line of those that has also been withdrawing but actually I did it because I wanted to withdraw the wining, I feel more in control whenever I don't have all my money stock on the casino for betting that's why is better I use the current stake money on the casino to continue gambling and remove the ones I had just won. After confirming the withdrawal, Cloudbet required KYC verification. I submitted the requested documents, and my verification status was set to “Under review.”

Later, Cloudbet informed me that players from my region are not accepted and that my account would be closed. After this, support stated that there were no funds left in my active balance.

This is incorrect. Before the account was blocked, my balance was over 2192.75 USDC. I did not place any further bets, or receive any payout after submitting the withdrawal request. No transaction history or blockchain proof has been provided to explain where the funds went.

Cloudbet allowed registration, deposit, betting, and winnings, and enforced regional restrictions only after a withdrawal was requested. Account closure does not justify removing a player’s balance.

Desired resolution: Payment of my remaining balance to my USDC wallet and a full transaction history.

One of the reasons why you are moderating and representing them here in the forum is to address lighter cases and and also forward deeper, technical, strong, and other cases you can't handle here to them for resolution. Before a User came here to complain, he might have sent an email to them but no respond from them so as the user complain here, you forward the matter to them and if you present it to them, they would attend to it faster. So you can help him to present the case to the support team you are working with.
