I don't know how many times you have sent them emails, but maybe you can try to nudge them once again, since you emailed them a while ago. If I was you, I would also use other options such as live support and social media such as Reddit and x.com.

I just got a reply from them. And I was expecting such reply from them since I am not the compliant. If you were the one, they would have given more details but you have to provide you account ID, and other evidences.

I went through the link, the accuser did not provide substantive data to show that he was scammed by the casino. The post was just an outcry without substance and it will be nice if he provide more information. The new thread seems to have deleted by the moderators as well which means it is a difficult situation for us that might want to know what actually transpired. The issue of multiple account which he is being accused of is usually difficult to prove because casinos will refrain from sharing their tool for detecting it as well IP logs that shows there is a case of multiple account.

Yes and that was why people told him to carry the thread to the Scam Accusation Board and follow the rules of the board to provide all the evidence. He should screenshot the home page of his profile that showing the amount, withdrawal and the username. But even though he has not provided in the public, the representative can ask him to provide his Cloudbet ID or the username for the management to check the claim of the accuser if what he is saying is the truth or not. And before then the accuser should provide the evidence to the public since he has brought it to the public.
