You might have same issue as mitchr4, which is why you did not receive bonus. Your country may be restricted for this bonus so bonus was not given to you..
Another possibility is that bonus is only for new sign ups like what the post said.. If I remember correctly, you already have Cloudbet account. Please correct me if I am wrong about that. If that is case, bonus might be available only to users who have not signed up yet.
