There are so much scammers in Cloudbet casino. I have received a lot of dm to sell my Cloudbet account to them but I ignored them and delete the messages but it is still coming evening week. I don't know what to do again. I just pray nobody should fall for this people.
I guess this is the first time you used Telegram or Discord and tried to join a group or server of a popular service. There are always scammers in those groups waiting to pounce on any user who joins. This happens in other groups too and not just that of Cloudbet.

Maybe what Cloudbet can do is to try and protect the users by hiding the group members list and also hide the messages showing that user X or User Y has joined

We do hide those things! If you have any other advice we will do what we can to protect you guys.

What are you talking about? which promotion?

Most of our platform promotions pay winners automatically. If you're talking about the review campaign that is handled by Hampusz, not us.

CLOUDBET BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT WITH 550.000 $

My situation is as follows. I don’t even know where to begin… with the fact that for the past two weeks I have barely slept at all and these possible impostors have left a very strong mark on my life and on how a normal day unfolds for me now, or with how everything actually happened and how they are mocking me — and I’m sure other clients as well.

I am a very large sports bettor, and I’ve had an account at Cloudbet for several years. For quite a while, I stopped betting in crypto and only bet in FIAT with bookmakers in my country. Recently, about six months ago, I started betting in crypto again.

A very good friend of mine is also a client and VIP player at Cloudbet, with over $30 million wagered. His account was blocked for a ridiculous and very strange reason — once again, a total abuse in his case as well. Someone tried to hack his account and then entered the chat and started writing lies in his name, and Cloudbet blocked his account with $100,000 in it. For him, that amount didn’t mean much, because he had started wagering millions of dollars monthly.

When his account was temporarily closed for investigation, he still believed that this company was serious, because he didn’t imagine that what I am about to explain happened to me would follow (otherwise he would have advised me not to play here). He used crypto exclusively for betting; all of his crypto funds were strictly for betting, and he had started betting mostly on Cloudbet.

When his account was blocked without being given a clear timeframe for when it would be reopened, he proposed that I buy some of his crypto and pay him in fiat cash, in our local currency. It was beneficial for him to exchange his money, since he could no longer use it for deposits on Cloudbet and didn’t want to be tempted to gamble it at casino sites (because on other sites he couldn’t place the large sports bets he usually makes — only Cloudbet allowed him to bet such large amounts — so having crypto in his wallet would have tempted him to use it for slots at online casinos).

He offered me an advantageous price for the crypto, and I bought crypto from him. He sent me the funds, and I planned to use them afterward. I decided to bet on Cloudbet.

And from here, my story begins.

The entire betting session lasted 2 or 3 days.

I started by depositing amounts like $20k, $30k, $50k. I ended up losing approximately $200,000 in 1–2 days. After that, I recovered and eventually reached $550,000 in my account balance.

I made some withdrawals at different times — first around $200,000, then another $100,000. After the first $200,000 remained pending for almost 20 hours without being approved, and after I withdrew another $100,000 (bringing the total pending withdrawals to $300,000), Cloudbet initially rejected the withdrawals, and a few dozen minutes later, they blocked my account.

I want to state very clearly that I have extensive knowledge about how this industry works, as well as very important friends in this field and influential people on social media with hundreds of thousands of views on posts about betting and abusive bookmakers.

Why do I mention this? First of all, to make it clear that I know how things work. I am not a betting abuser. I did not place anything speculative or suspicious. Everything was 100% fair betting — clean betting.

These people simply did not want to pay me, and first they blocked the account, and only afterward did they start looking for a reason to justify it. Almost three weeks have passed and they still have not given me any concrete answer, only that the investigation can take up to six months.

Some people on chat tell me it will take exactly six months, others say up to six months — there is a total lack of transparency and coordination within their team. Nothing is clear, because so far the case is simply pending and they don’t care.

Regarding the bets: 99% of my bets were on tennis. Mostly on Davis Cup and Tier 1 tournaments — ATP and WTA — plus a few on Challenger tournaments.

A batch of 20–30 total bets placed over 2–3 days could not possibly require more than 1–2 days of investigation from the moment the review started. It is practically impossible to justify a timeframe of up to six months to finalize an investigation (which in reality does not even exist). It is impossible that three weeks pass without restoring access to my account and funds.

One important thing to mention is that I invested over $200,000. It is unacceptable and inadmissible to decide to invest over $200,000 in a bookmaker, having calculations and money management in place, depositing with the understanding that you can withdraw at any time if necessary, and then have your funds blocked for up to six months. Where have you ever seen something like this?

To invest $200,000 and then be unable to access your own money for six months, while support staff effectively mock you.

I also have an account manager. He simply does not do his job. He is online only 2–3 hours per day at most, and only 2 days per week. That practically means he is almost nonexistent.

The problem is that chat support redirects me to the account manager; they say they cannot help and that I must wait up to six months. The account manager does not respond, and when he does, his tone makes it seem as if I should feel bothersome for asking for help — as if I am the last person on earth and as if $550k being blocked is no big deal.

They cannot invoke any reason, not even proxy usage, because sometimes their site does not function properly from my country — it runs very slowly. Kevin, their VIP administrator and my account manager, asked me months ago from which country I was playing, and I explained where I was playing from and that I sometimes use a proxy because the site does not function properly with my internet provider. He had nothing to say against it and did not indicate it was a problem, so I do not expect Cloudbet to invoke such reasons.

I am experiencing health problems because of the stress this situation has created — the frustration of how I am being treated and the injustice that exists with no one able to hold them accountable.

I am absolutely convinced that such situations happen behind the scenes with many people and that they commit abuses.

It is simply impossible that after three weeks they have not unlocked my account and granted access to the $550,000 won fairly.

I have repeatedly told them, both in chat and on Telegram to my account manager, that I will make this case public everywhere on the internet — and when I say everywhere, I truly mean everywhere, because I have the ability to take this case even to TV news and make it go viral. A desperate person who is denied access to $550k after initially losing $200k is willing to do anything — capable of anything — when holding the truth and being forced to endure abuse. Unfortunately, they do not realize this, or they do not care, or they are not aware of how far a client can go in such a situation. If until now other clients have said the same but taken no action, they may not realize that there might be someone who will not accept this treatment and will actually take serious measures and be willing to do whatever it takes for justice.

Well, you made quite a number of paragraphs there but zero proof that they have your money or owned an account with cloudbet. Another thing is that they won't help you in this thread which is mostly intended for promotional purposed. Perhaps the response you get from the support is what you will have to go with

Maybe create a thread in the scam accusations board with all the necessary proof about your case.

Thank you for your message, but:

1) I cannot provide proof from the account as long as the account is blocked and I am unable to log into it.

2) It’s not like I haven’t been trying to communicate with them daily via chat for more than two weeks. Sometimes they don’t respond at all; other times they reply after an hour. And even when they do respond, they are very evasive and only tell me that I need to wait for the account review to be completed. Meanwhile, my funds — $550,000 — have been blocked for over two weeks, and more than $200,000 of that is my own money. I don’t know how many people could easily handle a situation like this under these circumstances.

3) I didn’t know there was also an option to post photos, but if you say it would be good to do so, thank you for the advice — I will attach a few photos below.

4) That’s exactly what I will do. If they do not pay the full $550,000, I will sue them. I have already looked into this. First, I will wait to see what decision they make and whether they will pay, as they normally should.

About your description, I am very shocked that you could leave such huge money on a centralized platform. It's quite crazy even with Binance or any platform, as even Cloudbet is a very old and trusted casino, I have no doubt about their reputation and professional, but leaving $500,000 fund on Cloudbet or any platform sounds very crazy with me.

With the response from Cloudbet, hopefully your case will be resolved soon.

It be like that with high rollers, they have a huge bankroll at their disposal. I've met some over discord, and they have similar figures. One even had a milly at one point, though that was largely from a win.

But they didn't just leave their money to gather dust, 'twas because they were actively gambling, which from what I understand is the same case as AlexWin96.

Seeing how they're dealing with yuge amounts, one could say choosing which centralized platform to play with is a big gamble too.  Cheesy

How is someone with $2Million lying idle in account going and a huge appetite for staking big to gamble then?  Grin
Imagine having to send only 1,000 to a platform out of $2M because you are scared that it might shut down any time

Hello everyone. I am the Cloudbet user winwin96.

I’ve come back to provide a few updates regarding my situation. In the past few days I haven’t posted anything because we tried to resolve things amicably and for them to pay me the $550,000 without me having to continue publicly exposing the situation. I don’t want to harm them, make all of this public, and only in the end receive my money. They could have paid me from the beginning and their image wouldn’t have been affected.

In the end, they returned my $193,000 deposit, but the rest of the money—around $350,000, which represents my profit from that 3-day betting session—refuse to pay it.

I will do everything possible to receive the remaining $350,000, because it is my money that I risked. I’m not extremely wealthy—I have hundreds of thousands of dollars, not millions—but I have a good income and I earn well every month, and I invest all my money in betting (“invest”… Smiley)).

Regarding what some of you said above… I never intended to reach $550,000, such a big amount. I simply deposited $20k, $30k, $50k at a time, until the deposits reached almost $200k. After that I won $150k, withdrew part of the money (but they didn’t approve the withdrawals), kept playing, won more money, withdrew again, and so on. I would withdraw some money and leave some balance to continue playing with.

Because their withdrawals take up to 24 hours, sometimes even longer when it comes to large amounts (for them $50k–$100k are considered large amounts 🙂, but when you lose $200k they are no longer large amounts), since they didn’t approve the withdrawals, I kept playing. I happened to win, and eventually several hundred thousand dollars accumulated in withdrawals plus other money still in the balance. If they had approved the withdrawals one by one, this entire amount wouldn’t have accumulated all at once.

The problem is that in this company you simply cannot have a serious dialogue with anyone. I never wanted to make this public, because I didn’t want to harm them—even though they had already harmed me by blocking my account. Even if they eventually paid me, the damage to me had already been done.

But I thought: why would I make this public and only in the end get paid, while their image gets damaged, when they could have simply paid me from the beginning?

I explained this to them on chat and to Kevin (although those people don’t really care—they are just employees). I asked to speak with someone who has decision-making power and who understands the company’s image and future better, but they refused to connect me with such a person.

I tried many times to explain that I have many ways to make this situation go very viral on the internet, not just on forums but also on Instagram and Twitter (and I actually do). The only reason I haven’t acted yet is because I’m rational and I don’t want to harm them. I don’t want to make this public, get paid in the end, and also damage their image, when they could simply be fair and pay me without me posting anywhere.

It seems that words alone don’t matter to them and they don’t make the right decisions, and that public exposure is required for their image to be damaged before they decide to pay.

Because even if they eventually pay, their image will still be somewhat damaged, since people will understand that initially they had no intention of paying. But at least if they pay, it would be far better than refusing to pay and forcing me to take legal action and contact all the influencers I personally know or know through connections to spread this case everywhere. And I’m talking about influencers from the sports and entertainment world with 5–10 million followers on each account.

However, it seems that until I actually do this, they won’t wake up to the reality of what impact this could have on their company. They are forcing me to do it by refusing to fairly pay the $350k, and soon I will.

CLOUDBET ACCOUNT BLOCKED – $100K CONFISCATED AFTER $30M WAGERED AND SIGNIFICANT LOSSES

My case is the following.

I have been playing with this company for almost one year, and I believe I became a very large player on this platform, managing to generate around $30 million in turnover in less than one year, almost all of it on sports betting, where you yourselves know that turnover is harder to generate. In the last two months I believe I was averaging more than $2 million per week in turnover.

Cloudbet closed my account, and at the moment of the closure I had $100,000 in balance. All the funds were later cancelled and confiscated following their decision. I want to mention that my account overall was at a loss of probably around $1 million or somewhere close to that amount, and despite this they closed my account and did not even offer me the right to withdraw my own $100,000 from the account.

The investigation and the blocking of the account started about one month ago, for the very stupid reason that some suspicious individuals on Telegram, whom I came into contact with accidentally, tried to steal my account, later harassed me to sell the account to them, threatened that they would get my account blocked if I did not sell it, and other similar things. I never rented my account and I never intended to sell it. No one other than me has ever accessed my account.

These individuals told me they have contacts within the Cloudbet team and that they can do many things within this company, and that they already have methods developed to get accounts closed and to blackmail clients. I have evidence of this which I attached to my account manager, but it seems either it was ignored or, even if it was considered, my manager had no decision-making authority and later the compliance team ignored it entirely.

One day, about a month ago, I woke up with my account closed. The next day I received a message from the person who managed to get my account closed after writing things on the chat pretending to be me, proudly telling me that he managed to block my account because I refused to sell it to him. He even showed me a part of the Cloudbet chat conversation he had with the agent Diego where he wrote something like: “this account has been sold, please close it.”

(I repeat: I never sold or rented my account.)

At that moment Cloudbet closed my account simply because someone wrote this on the chat. Imagine the level of chaos inside this company if knowing someone’s username allows you to at least flag or block their account just by writing on the chat as a visitor.

After that there were several phone conversations with my personal manager Kevin in which I explained exactly from where I access Cloudbet and provided all possible details. I do not want to describe the entire conversation because it would be too long, but in short I never gave my account to anyone and I have always been the only person using it.

How could I possibly want to sell an account for which people were offering around $30,000 when I was depositing around $1 million weekly and betting $50,000–$100,000 on average per bet?

After generating that turnover I was receiving daily bonuses of about $2,000, and I was also deprived of access to these bonuses. I consider this a serious injustice and abuse, considering how much time, trust and money I invested in this company.

I repeat: I am at a loss of hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of dollars. For one entire year I spent at least 8 hours per day on their platform, every single day, and yet they treated me extremely poorly. For one month they did not tell me anything concrete, and my account manager Kevin replied to me only about once per week.

I even have videos from that period where I was bleeding from the nose and spitting blood because I had not slept due to the stress. I stayed awake night after night hoping Kevin would come online so I could speak with him, because I was told by email and chat that I had to discuss the issue with him, while he would only appear online once per week, sometimes at 4–5 in the morning when I should have been sleeping.

Because nothing was done to unblock my account and the situation was prolonged for a long time, at the same time my friend Winwin96 (the case with $550k cancelled) started betting larger amounts on their website.

So everything started in my case because someone wrote on chat claiming my account had been sold. Later, during their investigation, because my friend Alex started betting larger amounts on tennis on his own account, they concluded there must be a “third party” and somehow implied that we were sharing accounts, even though that never happened.

Both Alex and I received Telegram messages on the same day, at the exact same time, saying that we would receive answers regarding our accounts that week. Two days later, again at the exact same time, both of us received the final decision stating that there was a “third party” and that our balances were cancelled.

Do you realize what these people are doing?

Their later reasoning for Alex’s account was that the betting amounts suddenly increased and that we both bet in a similar way on tennis tournaments and sometimes placed two-match parlays.

But do you realize the precedent this creates? If two Cloudbet users happen to follow the same sports prediction group and bet the same matches for a couple of days, Cloudbet could suspend their accounts for “similar activity” and claim there is a third party involved.

That is exactly what I am saying. There is no other evidence. Both Alex and I always accessed our accounts from our own phones and laptops and we never shared accounts with anyone.

This situation is absurd, abusive and extremely unprofessional. It has genuinely affected my health.

One more thing: in their decision they said they would allow me to open a new account from zero, but without the limits and benefits I had before. If they truly considered me a dangerous or fraudulent client, why would they offer me this possibility?

All I want is fairness — to recover my account and bonuses, and especially the $100,000 balance that I had on the account.

Where is the justice in this situation? Is something like this really possible?

I never imagined I would end up in such a situation with this company.

Hello @AlexWin96, it is good to see you give your reply. After not replying again, many thought your issue had been fully resolved, but since it's not to your satisfaction, I will say it's the right time you take the first advice you were given: take the matter to the scam accusations section so that it can get the attention it deserves before it gets buried in this ANN thread.

@Pereteintunecat, you have already raised your issue in the scam accusations section. You can also drop a link to the thread on this Ann. Instead of repeating your complaint, it will help point the audience in the right direction.
