Trade or HODL?

I will suggest that you invest you fund on bitcoin and Ethereum for now because the two coins are the best for all other altcoins. The crypto markets are very low in price now more volume of any coin and so with little amount of money you can buy a good quantity  of any of the coins. Bitcoin and Ethereum has the highest market share and volume. Their price is still the highest  among the other coins so liquidity is never an issue when you wants to transfer.

-  You can do trade any time you want, but as I can see with you it seems that you are afraid to put yourself in the trading platform.

Is it risky or not an ideal move if I start to study trading using some of my holdings/alts?

Today you won't see much benefit through holding but once the market starts recovering the price will start increasing and this makes you make more money which you don't expect it. Everything you need to wait patiently until the market starts recovering.

Great thinking. In this time, we can't earn so much with holding because price is not increasing and recovering. But hopefully coins will be recovering the price soon. Trading is the best way now to earn some profit within short time.

I choose to trade every day, because I used HOLD, I did not make any profit, HODL brought me more losses! Although the daily trading profit is very low, I can at least stop the loss in time!

HODL wont give you losses if you did not sell it before the price reach as what you've planned on the time you bought it. You will only lose if you sell it at lower price than when you bought it. The main idea of HODL is to hold it as long as possible until you see the price pumped significantly. Indeed it may take so long time to wait, so you need to be patient in waiting the right time to sell. But if you are a type of person who cant wait too long then HODL is not for you.

If you have good knowledge about trading and if you have good skill then you can use both tarde and holdld. But if you are a new trader then Hold is best choice.

I will advise you to hodl but if you understand some secret in trading you just give it a try but hodling is the best for you why because you will not lose while you hodl your alts.

I think waiting for better market is time wasting,  the correct approach to trading cryptocurrency is to have  plan,  if you follow your plan like you should,  opportunities will be there for you to convert to real profit sooner or later!

I don’t think that long time holding is a waste of time. Although you are not making money but atleast you are also not losing money. Trading in this red market is very risky and it is not possible for every trader to make money. There are no or very few buyers in the market and you should keep this in mind before making strategies for trading. You should hold for some time.

trading or hold can be used as one of the good jobs for now. Daily trading is part of the regular profit provider if trading daily and always in a profit position. but hold can get a bigger profit if you wait patiently for a long period of time and most likely the profit will double.

you're right, I will also choose hold if it's really needed. well, hold or trade, it all depends on the needs that are currently there. sometimes we see the best time to trade, and sometimes we know when it's time we hold the coins we have.

Holding is the right choice but only when you are sure that you hold the right cryptocurrencies. As for me, I can trust Cardano, Ethereum, TRON, Ontology, OmiseGO.

Holding for me Ofcourse because some people already saying that bitcoins is the key for our coins wil increase if we hold our coins to improve.

I do not think holding will benefit for now because the current market is being played by huge key players for the market price of crypto to move. Thus, market price for most of the crypto are cheap so they made some advantage on it controlling the current market price for most of the crypto for now. If one does know all along to play along with volatility then it would be advantage and one could also profit on it.

Every trader have own tactics as you have so.  I just suggest you to trade with your hold coin.  Hold is a good thinking but I just preface you to increase your token and earning.  When you have much earning you can hold few good token for long time profit.

Yes, this is right. Trading for now would be beneficiary because of its market price volatility. Just be careful not lose some of your money and trade wisely when you know that you can earn.

every trade has a risk, the higher your profit target. the greater the risk faced. you have coins in your wallet. if you have trading skills. you should use it to trade so that your coin value grows. but if you don't have trading skills. then to avoid greater risk is to keep holding.

For the whole year of 2018 I could say it is a good time for us to start trading, in short, we can do trade anytime we want it to be.
Doing the first step in trading is actually depend on us, sometimes fears or doubt is the first thing who hindered us for not doing it, due to we afraid to loss our capital, so it always depend in ourselves to decide. Though, Hold is the most effective methods in trading for us not to experience to have loss of our capital.

I better go on trading because l can have income in day trading for the needs of my kids.But if l have some more  tokens its good also to hold because it might multiply my hold tokens into un expected price in the future that will make millions of dollar.

In general I think that both of it - Trade or HODL - are good. However if you are trader, you can say goodbye to nerves If you are holder - you just bought and best of all forget about all this for about 5 years. You at least can sleep well.

as a whole everything depends on the coin you choose, because all coins continue to fluctuate in their movements. I myself prefer to do both because then I will still have income from trading results and have future savings from investment returns.

Its better spend times to learn about risk management in trading, for now hold is not so good idea because the fluctuacion of crypto very high. Trading is the best way to earn money from crypto market, we have to learn more about the trend of market so we will know when should entry and exit from the market.

We have to decide according to the situation if the market but in the current situation it is best to hold them as long as possible until your coin prices start increasing. Sometimes it completely depends on the coins you choose because some potential coin will always start increasing even in the bear market.
