I did send an email to Thomas but he sent me a reply directing me here, so I have had to make an bitcoinforum account to request the refund,
just sent a PM for a refund on my 5 shares

Thanks for your hard efforts with the co-op , shame it didn't work out on this one , i was involved in some of your other co-ops that paid out and did ok, its a shame we couldn't mine for a while and then split profits from selling the hardware on too . I blame black arrow and their broken promises

  a lot of people  got refunds here for this group buy.  these guys stuck around and paid a lot of coin back.  shame we all got sucked in by black arrow.

I bought direct from Minersource.net on December 2013. I was promised a refund by Minersource twice and are still waiting for my refund. I hate it how they just decide to keep my $800 and totally ignore me. I would even be happy to get a 50% refund..
 

You will be refunded in BTC, so you would most likely not even see 50% of the dollar value, even if you get a full refund in BTC.

Who is still in this and for how long is it mining? Do you want everyone to ask a refund? We are now 1 year further and still not mining? Thats sad. Had a long patience but blackarrow failed big on this. So I am also going for a refund gonna gather all data and pm the one in charge off that.

I asked thomas the same question a while back. His answer was that they wouldn't be mining and that I should PM bobsag3 for a refund. I did, but there has been no reaction from bobsag3

Why do I have to hear from a other person that got a pm answer that there will by no mining? Where is the official press message? I know a dutch dude that got like 6 x3s working. Why is the refunding suddenly going so slow? Would it not by better to say there will by no mining when the refunding started again?

I am straight to the point here. Why so much slow comminucation? Why no pressure on black arrow? Why no investing in a other solution when it was sure BA was not gonna deliver?

Where are the old people before minersource took it over? I invested in this group buy because off good reviews from earlyer group buys. That there is a bad horse investment that can happen yes. But why so bad comminucation? how are people believing in investing into future group buys? First I got ripped by BFL in 2013 went from 17 bitcoin to 3 and now I am getting ripped over here.

Because I wanted more bitcoins in the end.

And bobsag3 readed me pm but fully ignored it still awaiting me refund!
