Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

35 shares which are 4410$ so far and roughly 4.5 BTC owed to us (using the rate at the time)... I expect a refund of the BTC at the very least. i mean it lost 2/3 of its worth since then but still, if we get BTC we might still get our money back someday.
if i am correct the miners still haven't shipped and hashing is no where in sight. it's almost October which is Q4 of 2014.

So that's 65 shares worth 8210$ or about 9 BTC more or less. Jesus that's a lot of money... way more than I expected, and I suspect these are not the only people left without a refund.
Still nothing shipped so we are still eligible for a refund, where is it??? at least refund us in BTC.. I would personally be okay with that, not sure about the rest of the guys.
Any reply to this, Bob? or Thomas? even the mighty DZ himself? is bumping this thread not enough? do we need to spam you with private messages to get any type of response? angry emails? use the trust feature here? what do we need to do to get attention? we're 7 dudes (so far).. where are our refunds? some people lost ridiculous amounts of money.
It's October, a month and a half till the GB is 1 year old and no miners have arrived let alone started hashing. All the talk about compensation plans and so on... where is it???
Do you expect us to just forget nearly 10 thousand dollars? or almost 10 BTC (at the time)?

Bob still has time to sell Iphones apparently. I guess since no X3's have arrived yet, their strategy is to wait a little longer until they do arrive in some weeks on months.. once they ship we can't get refunds right? so they just ignore the thread and all the refund requests until something ships. smart strategy i guess? any comments bob? thomas? |

I filed a complaint in BBB against Minersource, as the nearest legal body to by law not existing DZ Miner Coop.
BBB CASE#: 75229997
No delivery of service - hosted bitcoin mining on BlackArrow Prospero X-3
Purchase date: 20th December 2013, 2nd January 2014
Problem date: ongoing
Model: Black Arrow Prospero X-3
Order no. 1354, 1489
260 + 520 USD paid by Bitcoin
Case Description:
On 20th December 2013 and on 2nd January 2014 I ordered 6 bitcoin mining shares (in two orders #1354, #1489, 2+4 shares - 260 + 520 USD paid by Bitcoin) by DZMinerCoop company, which is personally connected to Minersource and it completely stopped communicating so I take it as Minersource is now responsible for the orders of DZMinerCoop (as there are the same people and even the same machines). The machines planned to be used in hosted bitcoin mining were Black Arrow Prospero X-3.
There was no delivery of the service until this day. I requested full refund or product replacement in the form of credit in Minersource e-shop, but nobody responded me until this day.
Answer from Minersource
This customer has no orders with Miner Hosting LLC.
Miner Hosting LLC sold units to the DZMinerCoop, and is only responsible for the sale to DZMinerCoop and for the hosting of the machines upon arrival.
My consequent answer
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
DZ Miner Coop as the company stopped communicating with all the customers many months ago. As they are not oficially registered anywhere (as far as I know), and it is publicly known the personal connection between Minersource and DZ Miner Coop, I have to ask for refund Minersource.

I have 150 shares in this, I hope bobsag3 or thomas_s replies or makes some kind of posts. Seems like the last post they made was them receiving the prototype unit or whatever. At this point I would like a refund as well.

If they were smart they would send refunds. Since coins are now below 360. They set a precedent by paying refunds in original btc amount not usd. many refunds were paid out. I think we may not be able to fight and have to accept btc. I know that I accepted a partial refund of my 13 shares in feb.
I was paid for 8 shares in original btc amount. Somewhere someplace there is a TOS that states this.
SO I AM PRETTY sure in my case and my case alone. Since I already said original BTC amount was good for the 8 shares I am certain that I would have to accept btc for these 5 shares .. I have records someplace so most likely if I am sent the btc amount of .6btc or so my shares cost I am forced to take that. since .6 btc is around 200 usd. I would have to accept that I lost around 430 of the 630 usd.
Not a lawyer but I do not see how I can get more then that from this. since I did take a 8 share refund in btc. back in feb. So I wanted to be nice and at best I lose 350 usd at worst 630 usd.
I can accept btc risk so if .6 btc went from 630 usd to 200 usd fine send me .6btc and I am gone.
BTW getting the .6btc would mean I did a btc roi .6btc in and .6btc out.
So if thomas or bob send me the .6btc I am done.

Sorry for the lack of updates, before anything was posted, wanted to make sure everything was in order:
There are several options from where we can proceed with this GB, and everyone will need to make a decision.
First point: All the X3s for this GB are in the US, with the first half to be delivered today, other half tomorrow/wednesday.
1) If you have either 25 shares / 50 shares, you may elect to keep 1 module/entire X3 for yourself, either shipped to you or hosted by us.
2) Stay in the GB. We will reduce the Colocation fee to $199 / month per X3. They will be up and hashing by Wednesday, OCT 8th.
3) Refund: We now have the option of refunding everyone (if they so choose) BTC on BTC what they paid in, with no fees or anything this time around.
Those are our options at this point in time.
If you would like to stay in the GB/Recive a unit directly for your shares, please PM ME:

2.) If calculations are correct, bitcoinwindom... at $200 per month per machine and current bitcoin prices these machines are already lossing money.
