My order #885 from November 26, is still "Processing". I did reply to the email I received with my payout address. If there's any other info I need to provide, please LMK.
Thanks guys!

I'm getting tired of saying this....
On check out the website tells you how much to pay if you don't pay what is listed on that page the site will not begin to process your order, there is no transaction fee included in that price if you choose to send a transaction fee (which speeds up confirmations to get your order in within the time frame the site gives) it is in addition to the price the site charges (transaction fees go to the miners not to the receiver)

Could I suggest that the payment status of orders is stated on the my account section of your website to avoid confusion? I have two open orders for two different rounds and both are still shown as processing. I sent a support ticket about one of those and was told it was because I hadn't provided a payout address, there was no mention of the payment amount being incorrect. I'm now wondering if maybe I didn't pay enough and that is why they are still "processing".
[Edit] I have raised a support ticket about this so no need to deal with my situation on the forum.

This doesn't apply to orders that are marked processing these are on hold orders, the site marks them as processing when payment is received (full payment)

Do coop members get discounts if wanting to buy an X-1 or X-3?
Not sure if I want to get a full machine, or just purchase enough shares for a machine.

At this time: That's actually handled by bobsag3 as a separate business since he bought out minersource.net, and no, I don't believe that co-op members get discounts for x-1s and x-3s; instead Group Buys serve as discounts for co-op members.

With that in mind: we'll be able to take more orders...shortly.... Sorry, we've received word that we need to pause R17x. We'll reopen this shortly when we get a better estimate of the Batch 2 delivery date and pricing. It should still offer really good pricing compared to the available competition in this time frame. For quickest notification of the reopening of R17x: please visit our co-op site and subscribe to our newsletter (the link on the right side of side of the page on our site). Newsletter subscribers will get first updates on new offerings and behind the scenes info about the co-op, with the latest calendar and news. R17x may likely come back as R21x if the delivery date is different from R17x.
