No,

Firstly the team obviously won't like that.

Secondly if you believe that the token you're promoting is going to dump then don't promote it.

Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

Of course we should get paid in ethereum, because those tokens that we have received still wont give us a certain amout of profits,as these tokens wont be easily going to be listed as it needs sa lot of time to get listed into exchange, major exchange will take months to review the coin or project that these ICOs are offering.

I think that it would be most appropriate to provide in the forms we fill out the possibility of obtaining new tokens or ethereum of choice. Someone may be interested in tokens, and someone needs ETH. However, in fact, paying in ETH would cause considerable interest of bounty hunters to ICO projects. In this case, the ICO team will have to set the limit of the number of participants in the generosity campaign, since a hard limit will already be established in the ETH and an increase in the number of participants in the generosity campaign will sometimes result in overspending of the allocated funds. For the ICO team, this is an extra job and they are unlikely to want to do it.

Thats why we need patience cause we promote ICOs that we dont really sure when will be listed or sometimes not. Holding it is not a matter in fact for me bounty token can even surpass some of our expectation when the team work hard after listing making it more valueble.

It is good to pay bounty hunters in eth. Bit it is a little bit risky because most of the token given during the ico won't have equal value with eth. And even the token only has value when it get listed on exchange.

This is an excellent suggestion. Nowadays, less than 10% of the bounties are profitable and the remaining are either scams or they give worthless tokens to the participants. This can't go on like this. At least 25% of the reward must be in the form of ETH. The remaining can be in the form of tokens.

Men i think you should be thankful enough you're having money with doing an easy work. You want to be paid big team when you only need to do is to post something in the forum while wearing their signature. If you want ETH real bad then work your ass and then invest to ETH. very ungrateful for the ICO project.

The ICO project does not pay bounty hunters in ETH because the share divided among the participants would be very less due to its higher prices. And above all they distribute their tokens to increase the liquidity of their tokens in the market which will lead to price increase in their coins. The more people exchanging their coins in market will make price higher. It needs some time for the coins to get listed on exchange after the completion of ICO but still they dont pay us in ETH as it is costly for them too.

yes, I really agree if a bounty is paid with ETH, although there are already some ICOs paying bounty with BTC (signature campaign only), I think this is a good suggestion.
and indeed the bounty hunter has damaged the market price after they are paid

Usually for bounty hunters will be better to receive a reward in ETH. But I'm not sure that the company will be profitable. The more people have this token, the more popular are the company and the coin.

You want to be paid in ETH, while that would be good I just want 100% of campaigns to pay out. That would be a much better first step, rather than requesting all ETH payouts. Let's first rid the area of scam campaigns and scam coins then we can focus on the next step which is ETH payments.

I totally agree. I still wondering whether I'm going to get my bounty, its even a bigger concern for me because I do spend a lot of time on bounty. If we could get rid of the scam campaigns and scam coins than I would be ecstatic; and then probably trade it with ETH anyway. So yeah, baby steps-  first thing first: get rid of the scammers.

Yes it would be best for bounty hunters to be paid in Ethereum but it would probably be a hassle for them and the coins or tokens of the campaign would not be circulated if these hunters would not be given tokens so I think that is one of the reasons why they are giving out their coins/tokens than in Ethereum coin.

Yes it will be good for bounty hunters to be paid in eth but the thing is that most ICO token doesn't equal to eth and most of them only increases when they are being listed. So it's good but somehow risky for the management of the ICO.

This is a superb suggestion. I will donate Merit points for you. It has been frustrating to participate in the bounty campaigns here, as in most cases we are getting worthless tokens which can't be used for any purpose. At least a part of the reward should be in ETH.

I've also met several projects paying an award in ETH or BTC, but this is more of an exception. It seems to me that the project can take such a step if they are confident in the imminent increase in the value of their tokens and it is more profitable for them to pay the award in another currency.

Most ICOs pay their own tokens to participate in bounties, as they want to promote their own tokens. Most of the time when these tokens are listed on exchanges their price drops sharply. It is very frustrating for all those who have participated in bounties. So, it would be better for bounty participants if they are paid in Eth.

Bounty is a complex form of promotion, projects promote their platforms through bounty campaigns and it is only ideal to pay bounty hunters with their utility tokens for the same reason projects organize airdrops. Which is in order to get their tokens out and give it a wider reach.
Also a lot of people don't have money to participate in ICOs so bounty is a very good way to get those tokens.

Take example projects like Credits, Nucleus.Vision or BABB whose tokens increased in value after ICO. Would I rather be paid in ETH? NO.

I like your offer. That's only the developers of ICO projects do not want to share the currency, but they want to give you their own candy wrappers, which in 80% of cases are worthless, because the project is a scam.

It's nice to hear that, but I still think that this can not be easy, for one simple reason, if it were possible, then bounty hunters would not be needed, I think that this will be a definite incentive for many companies that would and engaged.
