Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

This is a good ida from bounty hunters point of view. However the ICO will not want to adopt this method as it will affect their soft cap and hard cap raise for devloping of their platform. If they adopt giving eth instead of their coin their profit level will be greatly affected by this. In the first place they does not need to fork out eth to get those coin so giving hunters eth and not their coins mostly probably will not be adopt by them.

Yes ofcourse. But i think thats doesnt matter. Does only matyer here just pay us the bounty hunters back for the works weve done for them. Joining paticular ICO is a choice if you want to be paid for tokens that theyre creating you should continue and sell it to become eth or even bitcoin.

I like this idea, bounty hunters should get paid in the Ethereum. At the same time, the price should be the same as it was at the ICO stage. Then the prices in the market will be much more stable.

You're right that paying bounty participants in eth will lessen the event of early dumping of the tokens. Additionally, we bounty members will be happy since we won't need to pay for the conversion of tokens to eth in exchanges. But I think it is favorable for the team to pay with their own tokens rather than spending part of the funds raised for the project. There are lots of cases that they did not reached even their targeted soft cap so every single penny they raised in ico should be utilized for the project's expenses. But I'd love to be paid in eth if it's possible.

Projects that pay bounty hunters with their tokens have an advantage of large trading volume. If the project is good enough, most hunters won't dump after the tokens are distributed.

we can not implement in bounty gifts, because this is not the best way to pay for bounty campain, because if the ICO will fail, they will lose more money later, this is impossible or impossible but impossiblento happens.

There are some reasons they do not pay ETh for bounty hunters. Number 1: They want people to exchange their token. No one project wants their token not exchanged. The exchange made that project successful or failed. If they are rewarded with ETH, I think their token will not be valid. 2nd: if they pay by ETH. I am sure the pool will be very little. and they will receive very little bonus

Yes, I agree with you on this because every company want to get relevant in the industry and when the token get listed on the exchange, and people begin to appreciate the token, then the token will begin to grow well.

Of course it will be better for bounty participants. But what if you look at the other side. By your participation you support the project, which means that you must be sure of it. Then you will be confident in the success of the tokens of this project. If you do not like the project or you think that it will not be successful, just do not enter and all

Good suggestion of the month! I agree with you that bounty hunters should be paid in ETH and not in tokens. Some bounty hunters realize  (after so much stress campaigning for a project) that the token is worthless when listed in the exchange. But when effort is being compensated with ETH, we have nothing to worry about.

I also strongly agree with your statement. but it is the right of every ICO project to determine by what they will pay the bounty participants

Right. A good idea is to choose the form of reward for participating in the campaign. The price of tokens after listing on the stock market usually falls very much. Everyone could then choose if they prefer payment in eth or in tokens. If he believes in the success of the project, he can choose tokens.

If every bounty that uses eth is bad for the organizers because they do not dare to directly pay payment with eth directly,

if I actually really want to be paid to use eth because it is faster without having to wait for the coin to launch in the market

Well ETH price could go higher too but I think bounty hunters would prefer receiving token than ETH specially if the token that they would receive have a great project in the future,

Most people take part in bounty projects, most of which are able to show great potential. To get a good profit.

I think that's a good idea, because on average after bounty hunter receives a token, the price of the coin will drop for some time, but it's also difficult for dev because they have to spend money or ETH which if paid in the form of tokens they do not need to spend again.

I think that this idea is not very good, because the idea is that the project involves those people who believe in the future of the project and they have the opportunity to get tokens without investing their money! I think if you need payment in the ethereum, you can just sell the tokens after entering the market!

Though it is a good suggestion, there are bounties that pay in BTC and ETH and there are many more that doesn't.
Distributing tokens as bounty would not only be healthier to the finance of the bounty issuer but also adds up the token holding community and hence it's use. They are not only buying advertisement through you but also wan't you to be a lifetime (or at least until you exchange) ambassador.
