Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH

This is a great idea. If you pay the bounty by ETH then I think the project will be better. The project team must be serious about the project. Avoid Scam projects when they have to spend an ETH on bounty instead of paying their own tokens to pay for the bounty.

this makes the reason of the bounty giver why not in the form of ETH but using the coins that are made, because the more we use different coins it will make the additional budget for the expenditure of the project.

This is very expensive for the project or to the team who manage a project to raise funds.
Why? because if they fail they would still have to pay the bounty since this people who are helping to promote the project are just mere workers
and not part of the team, so maybe it's one of the reasons that the most of ICOs choose to pay their tokens or coins to bounty hunters.

Right now I'm participating in one month Twitter campaign paid in Bitcoin weekly which I'm glad I got that very limited slot. It's good for us hunters if they pay us with Eth or Bitcoin but definitely not good for the majority of ICOs. That would mean another extra expense for them especially if the campaign would take for few months. Great idea though.

Most of the Bounties will not pay us in terms of ETH and Bitcoin, i have been in crypto ICO's more than a year know but till now only a few companies paid in terms of ETH. Most of the companies will pay through their own coins.

it does seem to provide high comfort for the hunter participants, but different things with the developers that the project they developed has a focal point on the token sales level, so from the percentage of his behavior token that is small can be distributed to the hunters who become participants.
as well as the benefits that can be adjusted by the developer who has benchmarks at the level penjulan tokens.

Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

Very good choice,  too much bounty hunter didn't hold their token because they scare their token will dump

And the payment are mostly occurred every week depending in the rules stated.

It's a good idea if they pay in Ethereum, but majority of those bounties that requires to pay in ethereum does not want to pay,  there are some current bounties that just finished their campaign are yet to pay and they don't seem like paying,  it's better they pay in the tokens that they have rather than Eth

Not only etherium but also other top alts as well such as bitcoincash or ripple . all of us bounty hunters will be so much happy and confident because we knew that the salary will be recieving are already listed and have a better value compared to useless tokens that ico produce .

bitcoin is also a better option if they cannot pay in altcoins . much better if they can also implement a new rule on which they will pay weekly instead of paying after the end of ico . in that way , bounty hunters will work positively which can bring good result for the campaign.

I would still like to pay the stake of the project because if bounty hunters do well on the signature campaigns then the project will be successful and the bounty hunters will be more responsible for the project.

Getting paid in Ethereum is surely the best choice for bounty hunters, but I highly doubt if that's the case with the ICO devs and bounty managers. Usually they want to pay their participants in their tokens to support even more the project and spread the word more about it.

Payment with eth avoid token price are falling when token hit market for the  first time.
But, i think developer of token can manage their distribution of token to avoid the dump, with 1-4 weeks distribution token after token sale.

Even they pay nothing but their campaigns will be fully occupied that's why they are not worried to pay with other coins.

Nobody will accept this rules because they are raising money in the market in terms of ETH only but for them, it is impossible to pay in ETH. Some companies are raising money because of further development of their project but if they share raised money how can they develop what they mentioned in the roadmap.

That's a good idea, but it could affect the price of Ethereum. Ethereum is in a very difficult situation and the ICO projects are already very difficult to get Ethereum. This year goes bad for the Ethereum and icos

Paying with XRP is obviously not a good idea.

1. Ripple's liquidity is not as high as Ethereum, Ripple is a concentrated altcoin, and the big consortiums and whales control most of the Ripple, resulting in a lack of dispersion of Ripple.

2. From the history of crypto, Ripple's stability is not as good as Ethereum. Because it is manipulated by price, Ripple's price fluctuations are often very intense, which may increase the risk of the holder.

3. From the point of view of the payers of the bounty, their tokens are usually ERC20 specifications, they may accept more investment from Ethereum than Ripple, so they are more willing to use Ethereum to pay, which is more convenient some.
