Do you know of any website with cheap unmetered servers?  Also, what specs would you recommend for what we are trying to do here.

Maybe I won't be able to rent one just yet, but will do first chance.

thnx   Wink

I don't know hosters that don't count bandwidth. The most important is RAM.

With the high risk of orphans and / or branching, what implications does this have to hazards of payments being double spent by us / to us when large volumes with block changes necessarily occurring during processing are in effect?

Sorry to butt in on you... but can you comment on the SSL issue. I noticed some people on the other thread cautioning potential NXT traders and I am curious what you have to say. I was asking in this thread myself earlier.

thnx    Smiley
I am operating DGEX still alone.

SSL was ordered two weeks ago but it got stuck on the reseller and they never sorted it out or refunded

Another was ordered two days ago, got it, but unable to configure server due to unknown problems

I do not have a minute to waste while keeping the whole show up, improving the code, handling everything. You may imagine the workload with 5000+ transactions today and only partial automation.

Things will get sorted when time allows, team is being gathered currently as this kind of extreme stress is not very healthy in the long term not for me nor family relations

Please excuse my ignorance, but how does NXT works? I reading this thread but there's over 250 pages. From what I understand its not a "traditionnal" coin like BitCoin.

I've setup the client and I'm currently updating my blocks (currently at 22408).

How do we see the performance? Is there a "difficulty" ? What is the target?

I'm really curious for that new currency and the website is down.

Did you read page 1?
