OK.
3M NXT (up to 5M for additional features) for atomic cross chain transactions.
Conditions:
a) working client for average user;
b) official approve of all three NXT Funding Committees;
c) fully working asset exchange;
d) working transparent forging in the part marked bold:
NB: The only penalty is inability to mine blocks within some period of time. They still can decide not to bother with mining, but their "hashing" power will be distributed to those who do protect the network.
Last two conditions are my conditions to stop holding investment in 50M NXT.

Who says this is trustworthy and not merely a fake offer?  Who are you?

He is in charge of 50M NXT.

But we need to deliver c/d first so that he sends this bounty to the treasurers / an escrow. Until then, bounty is not certain.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Since client 0.0.3 I am having issues with the browser (firefox)

I have manged to enter my account via the browser interface using this address http://127.0.0.1:7875/
I notice that it isn't using https as it used to with older versions, is this correct? I have stopped forging while i get this question answered.

the https port is 7876

Didnt work for me, im getting this error

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to 127.0.0.1:7876. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

What would differentiate a "Class A" asset from a "Class B" asset?

The amount of fee that needed to be paid to register for a start and then also perhaps we could limit Class B Asset to not being able to have as many units/shares.

With CIYAM anyone can create 100% generated C++ web applications in literally minutes.

Jean stated for the 0.8.0 clients and up. SSL(https) is disabled by default.

Quote
SSL can be enabled for both the API server and the UI server (default disabled).
If this is done, the corresponding ports will accept https requests only. There
is no way currently to have both http and https supported at the same time, but
this can be added, I just didn't see the need for it.
If you enable SSL, you need to set nxt.keyStorePath and nxt.keyStorePassword,
and obviously you need to have your own SSL certificate (self-signed or signed
by a CA) in a keystore file. I have only tested this with a self-signed
certificate.

I see.

Although I like the idea, let us clarify what our goal is with this.

It's an interesting idea.

I think we should all remember BCNext's vision for NXT and his thoughts regarding fees.  I agree with BCNext wanting NXT fees to be low.  Imo, 1000 NXT for asset name registration is too high.  I think you should be able to register an asset name for 1 NXT.  By setting NXT fees high, we are excluding people from NXT because they cannot afford the registration price.  NXT should be for everyone.

Is there any work being done to get BTC38 to add NXT? Now that Cryptsy has added NXT.

Allwelder said something about that. He said that NXT had to be registered somewhere else before BTC38 can add it.

He said something about voting on a website, but it was Chinese and didn't understand what I should do.

Yes,we have voted for their database adding(not trading system) recently,but failed.

I have contacted BTC38 now,and they said they will continue to learn and wait for more detailed info of Nxt release.

BTC38 also constructed a QQ(like skype) group for talking about Nxt,and I will continue to keep contacting with them.

If any news,will post here.

In the latest LetsTalkBitcoin podcast (88), NXT gets a small mention..

http://letstalkbitcoin.com/e88-gox-gox-gox-gox-gox-gox-gox/#.UxOzX-NdXkk
(Ethereum Evangelist Joel Dietz, about 36 mins in)

They aren't going to know what hit 'em  Grin

These people seem to be not really aware of Nxt... I guess  Cheesy

I would be scared as an Ethereum guy^^

nobody is aware of nxt thanks to epic failing marketing

they burn nxt with zero result and wrong approach but nobody dare to tell

marketing priority must be get fresh money in to nxt but money is flowing out of nxt due constant selling.

What do you suggest then?

No, we shouldn't. It's quite funny to watch him working so hard trying to initiate panic sell. He is also a very good example of what ppl become when they sell NXTs as cheap as he did.
