no matter what I do I cant get to the config page
I tried 192.168.1.254:8000 192.168.1.254 and I reset the cube to factory settings, none of those helped. Not sure how I can config without connecting.

Is your router on 192.168.1.x?

If you have another device on the network with that same ip you could also have issues connecting.

If its not easy to change the subnet, see 3)b) at http://www.dogiecoin.com/bitmain-antminer-s1.html.

Use this line though: IP Address: 192.168.1.1, Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway: 192.168.1.254.

Then get to the cube config page and change its IP to 192.168.2.254. Then change your internet back to normal and you'll find the cube at 192.168.2.254

Right now I have 6 cubes but they only run between 20 GH/s and 25 GH/s.  They function just fine other than that. I’m currently running a mining proxy for Slush’s Pool but have the same problem.  The odd thing is I recently moved and at my last house I was getting the correct hash rates but have had nothing but problems at my new place.  I’m running each pair of cubes off of a Corsair TX850M PSU.

Have you tried running two proxies and putting 3 cubes on each?
I'm only running one proxy right now, I turned off three of the cubes to see if there was any change when running only three on the proxy but there was not.  How would I run two copies of the proxy, through the use of virtual machines?

You'd copy the program twice into two directories, then use one script to run two proxies. You'd also need a line to change one of the proxy's port. But its irrelevant if speed of 3 = speed of 6.

Got any Android wifi devices on the network? Try turning them off.

I made a .bat file as described and then I changed the worker names and paswords in the cube config, but I still have not been able to connect to a pool other than slushs´s

Yea I made the .bat just as in the example, now I am not sure if I am connected to slush, I dont have any shares or unconfirmed earnings, 0 but the worker is hashing. This is what the proxy says:

That did help, instead of running between 20-25 GH/s all 6 are running 25-26 GH/s now.  That is so odd, how do Android devices interfere with the cubes?  Thank you for the help by the way.

Magic. Nah its a known issue with something or other, I forget the exact details Tongue Also try moving about the cubes in relation to the proxy and your router, network switches can sometimes cause problems.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, are you talking about changing the computer's IP so the proxy is operating on a new IP?  Also not sure if it helps but 5 of the cubes are running through a switch but one cube is plugged directly into the router.

That. See if moving different networking hardware around changes anything.

If I were you I'd try to get just one cube working first.

From a previous post:
It seems that there is an Android on WiFi router problem, It has to do with it ignoring the DHCP lease times.

Full information can be found on theAndroid Open Source Project – Issue Tracker:  ”DHCP client ignores lease time”: https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=11236

Insure the proxy address is either statically assigned outside the DHCP pool or set to always get the same address from DHCP, this will prevent a new proxy address stopping mining.

Old enough to have lived dangerously—great times!
