don't think there is any official news, I don't know of any dev's still working on the coin, earthcointalk has been taking over by spam

It's sad to see the most recent posts were mostly made months ago.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

You can PM me, I've been into Earthcoin since the beginning (not here, on Earthcointalk) and have some contact left there.

I'll second this. I have some contacts still as well. I don't know who is still on the dev team, but I didn't leave on bad terms. I can probably get you in touch with some people.

I agree, all the liberal wackos can go crazy saving the planet with this coin.  haha!

Seriously, so much marketing potential which all the brainwashed sheep would love to get behind.  lol

If any serious dev ever backs this coin it can really take off.

Devs like to start new coins with premine and/or ITO. This will remove all the risk from them.

It's a noble concept and the obviously invested alot into the presentation... I'm assuming we shall hear something soon...

I have some strange feeling that there might be a big rise in EAC's price, however that's just my poorly made prediction.

If this coin is so dead then why is there a 17 Bitcoin order at 2 Satoshi on Cryptsy?

Look around and try to find that kind of demand on any other dead abandoned ShitCoin.

Can anybody find a plausible reason for this?

Cheers!

someone cornering the market for the comming cryptobubble. EAC is going to be sky-high, shitcoin or not, with or without dev.
Just what i do think.

Have a look at mooncoin or later ftc to see what a cornered shitcoinmarket can do. Basically all these markets are cornered. Makes good bubbles later and good butthurt too for those that didn't see it come.    Cheesy

1 sato = 10btc buy them all

so 2 sato is the correct buyorder for the whale

Get a devteam on it and it will have a chance to stay up a little longer later.
