Thank you for the update.  Poker websites have to move to a 1 confirmation model because of the abuse that would take place for instant deposits with zero confirmations.  We are working on some innovations along this line as well.  Thank you.

I think the issue is more along the lines of having more things on your site that contradict other pages (like our whole "minimum deposit" fiasco earlier). There's so much misinformation being spread by your own pages that it's hard to tell what's true and what isn't. You really need someone to go through things like the FAQs, wipe them all, and start over with the real information. Especially when support will argue with you about how you're "wrong," when your own site says you're right, :p.

That said, it's all water under the bridge at this point. Just something you all really need to deal with so you don't have so much confusion from players.

On that note, can you please also respond to these sometime? One was bumped as requested and still left unresponded (which is why I hadn't bumped the other yet).

To clarify the deposit requirements for the few questions we get on this. 

- Minimum deposit is 0.001 btc

- Deposits credited after one confirmation

We have hundreds, sometimes thousands of players daily and it is very rare to have a question about our minimum deposit or the one confirmation requirement.  The minimum deposit has been the same since day one in April of 2013 and the one confirmation has been in effect over a year. 

Lastly, we don't know your login name therefore cannot address your specific tickets.

In my opinion, it's really not a big deal that you were doing it. But you were exploiting a mistake that Betcoin made, this is fact.  It is a gamblers nature to find a weakness and exploit it, why are we acting as if this is some forbidden thing to do?  Do we think the house doesn't exploit players with promotions, gimicks, etc to get as many deposits as possible and build a stable company?

Betcoin should consider that big players who hold their points more should get more money
if we take poker stars as example , their rakeback is based on FPP which is kind of similar to betcoin system but in PS with these points you can convert them to cash or shop and you can play free tourneys with them
I can't remember the numbers exactly but let's say that 100 FPP gives you 1 dollar then 1000 FPP should give you 10 dollars but in PS the more you convert the more your reward will be son in this case 1000 FPP will give you 11 dollars for example
even in there tourneys when you buy in with 2 FPP the prizepoll will be 20$ for example while playing 4FPP tourney will give you 50$ in the prize

Actually Betcoin VIP structure is very similiar to pokerstars, the way you are describing it is not accurate.

Betcoin has Status Points and Betcoin Points.

Stars has VPPs and FPPs

Everyone earns VPPs/Status points at the same rate, but they are not spent - only accumulated.

As you accumulate more and more VPPs/StatusPoints, you will earn FPPs/Betcoin points at a higher rate according to your VIP level.

One big difference is that pokerstars VPPs(VIP level) resets every year on Jan 1st.

Betcoins doesn't.

but now I'm curious if there is actually a player with a master level , cause the highest level I saw was emerald

That's crazy cause we need 10 million points =  500000 btc wager on sportsbook, it seems an impossible mission, unless some guys take long time profits here, but I don't see there is reason do for that cause the odds sucks here, especially for tennis, lowest in btc industry, sad..

It'd be cool if they could just give a chart with each tier and its estimated rewards. For a lot of players that play on sites based on rewards (as they affect potential ROI with bets), not knowing what the actual rewards are doesn't help inspire confidence.
