A scam? One thing we always see is the word scam being used very freely here at Bitcointalk. We can't control if some bitcointalk members think other bitcointalk members are trolling or not. You are addressing a player on our website and Betcoin at the same time with these comments and the player certainly doesn't speak for Betcoin.
Dooglus, we have close to 1,000 players daily on Betcoin, over 100 tickets and 50-100 live chat customer support tickets daily. Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years. Customer service can always be improved and will continue to be improved, but we are surprised by your use of the word scam.
With that said, we are reviewing your particular ticket in detail still and as stated would have the resolution in full by Monday at the latest. On another note, the traffic and player volume has increased to its highest point over the last 2 weeks, which we are very happy to report.
" Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris...". Could you please elaborate on this. What is your parent company's name? How do the owners overlap with BetCris? BetCris is an established and honorable brand. But " Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris..." is a vague statement that could be anything. Or nothing, as I could state I overlap with PinnacleSports. What do you mean by "overlap"? If I was in conversation with one of the principals of BetCris, would that person vouch for your company? Or does this "overlap" only mean you rent offices and internet lines from them, or something similar? Bump. " " Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris...". Throwing around an established honorable company's name as if they have a meaningful connection/business relationship with Betcoin is fine - if it's true. If it's not true, it's at best deceptive, and indicates that statements made by Betcoin are purposely misleading and not to be trusted.. So I'd appreciate it if you would clarify and answer my questions above. Bump ["Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years." Your parent company has been in business for over 16 years, and you mention "your parent company" to help prove your legitimacy, yet you cannot name them? And seem to be ignoring the question and avoiding any response. (Can you understand how this appears sketchy?)]Bump.

I know you want back in because nobody in their right mind would waste this much time spamming unless they wanted to get back involved. Perhaps you have friends you want to talk to there or miss playing the tournaments or whatever else you did there. I can personally say that in chat I have seen people talk about you in a positive light and even seen a discussion led by Betcoin staff member asking how to bring you back in. Examining these communications, they probably would welcome you back, but fear that you would spam their forum as much as you spam here. Plus, if you don't intend to play there, why does it matter if you are banned or not? Personally, I am indifferent I see some good in the things you have mentioned but a lot of bad in your approach. It definitely makes sense to me why you are banned.
EDIT: By the way, I have said many times that I would stop commenting on this topic, but quite frankly I am fascinated. Perhaps I can mediate this matter.
We thank you for your interest in this as we agree it has been very interesting to see our thread consistently receiving comments mainly from the same 2-3 people, four if you include us. As the forum rep, my role is to keep the forum abreast as to the updates at Betcoin.ag and we will continue to do so. Thank you!

Now at BETCOIN POKER, ACR and the WPN!!!! This doesn't even make sense. Also, most of the tournaments you keep spamming are already over. Why not simply post today and tomorrows schedule, with a reminder that the $1m Guar is coming up this Sunday? It would be easier to digest and would be less obvious that you are just trying to bury legit player complaints.

"We won't keep you updated!" I'm not sure why a question about table starter being down (again) gets a reply within 5 minutes, yet these two valued players have been waiting for days for a response. These are valid questions, and both are stemming from something that you (betcoin support) said! At the very least, acknowledge these questions! Say "I don't know" or "someone said that in error" or "I'll never teeeeeeeeeeell". Something! At least pretend to be interested in running a legitimate business. " " Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris...".
Could you please elaborate on this. What is your parent company's name?

and For the record: This is at least the 8th time Betcoin has opened some line of communication with me and...
- Made sure to let me know how much I've been helping them get new player signups. -Told me I should be getting paid for all the effort. -Asked me what my questions were, as if I'd never asked them before. -Told me I was always welcome back, and that they didn't want to ban me -Ignore my response and leave account/ip banned. -Repeat

Please keep me updated on the table starter rakeback as I played yesterday and have become accustomed to it.
Also, I just had to comment on these twitchyseal postings because they are quite fascinating. On the one hand he claims Betcoin is a fraud but on the other he is dying to get back onto the site and play! If it's really a fraud why does he want to play on Betcoin so bad? Lol, I have never seen anything like this before. Perhaps by banning him you are doing a good deed in keeping away from his perceived fraud!
Get the table starter going again! Thanks.
I don't intend to ever play on Betcoin again. Why would you think otherwise? I haven't even asked to be unbanned... I just want to know why they are telling me and others that I'm welcome back when clearly...I'm not. Does that make sense to you? I know you want back in because nobody in their right mind would waste this much time spamming unless they wanted to get back involved. Perhaps you have friends you want to talk to there or miss playing the tournaments or whatever else you did there. I can personally say that in chat I have seen people talk about you in a positive light and even seen a discussion led by Betcoin staff member asking how to bring you back in. It definitely makes sense to me why you are banned. EDIT: By the way, I have said many times that I would stop commenting on this topic, but quite frankly I am fascinated. Perhaps I can mediate this matter. Why don't you make some more asinine assumptions while continuing to suck Betcoin's dick? You're on a roll here and if you keep it up I am quite sure they will compensate you. BTW Betcoin is the only one spamming this thread with the same ridiculously long posts about tourney dates, as if no one would have a clue if they didn't, in some pathetically sad attempt to bury the fact that they refuse to answer and continue to completely ignore anyone with a real issue. However, they immediately answer all the petty questions that most any simpleton could figure out without having to come here to ask. They truly do have the most ignorant and arrogant and flat out rudest support I have ever come across for any online company in over 15 years. They disgust me on every level. I still have ~ 3 dozen support tickets that date back as far as 9 months ago that are still open and unresolved and ~ 1 dozen of which have never even been replied to. So many players at Betcoin, as heard in chat, have just given up any hope of ever getting a resolution to most problems and have come to accept the piss poor, if any at all, support Betcoin gives. This is exactly what Betcoin wants; players that become apathetic and will keep quiet and ignore how they are getting screwed over. Betcoin can't possibly be so delusional to not see the real problems, so it must be their incompetence coupled with their smug arrogance that gets in the way of telling the truth and actually finding the root causes of all their problems. Twitchyseal is sticking up for himself and is doing what Betcoin has never done; the right thing. If they think they can continue to sweep every real issue under the rug then they are sadly mistaken. Twitchyseal will fight to expose the rotten core of Betcoin and I will help. Here's a polite Fuck You to Betcoin just in case they thought about making some lame ass attempt to try to help now. It's far too late. The damage is done and is now irreparable. Here’s a heads-up for Betcoin about how I operate. Fuck me out of a dollar and I promise you that I will fuck you out of 10. Game on.

I clearly see why Betcoin does not want me to respond here. In the words of a wise man:
Arguing with retards on the internet is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you play the pigeon is going to knock over the pieces, crap on the board and strut around like he’s victorious.
Good luck to you all.
And to Betcoin, thanks for getting the table starter back up. Much appreciated.

We will always be here for you. Normally I would just ignore the pigeon btw...but not if the pigeon were running an online poker site unethically and going around paying people to tell others how trustworthy they were.

Very interesting considering we haven't had the ticketing system anywhere close to 9 months. What is your login name? 36 unresolved tickets over 9 months is definitely something we would like to see considering we only added the ticketing system 4-6 months ago. Also, to note, unresolved tickets brought to our attention will be resolved, therefore just let us know your login name and we will have an immediate review.

Betcoin is nothing if not consistent. They consistently have the worst cs and attitude of any company anywhere. Everyone responding in this thread at Betcoin's behalf appear to be members of a developmentally disabled family who have no sense of what it takes to run a business/communicate with customers/problem solve. Here is some of my frustration with their sportsbook cs: From 2 months ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=281850.1160#1175-1178 From 5 months ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=281850.1040#1050-1056

I noticed that yesterday, and posted it in one of the other many betcoin threads. If only there was a single venue for support issues where you didn't just get expediently ignored. We certainly appreciate the feedback and this seemed to be intermittent and should be working well now. There is a single venue, on the support page www.betcoin.ag/support and in the live chat where we can get to the issues at hand promptly and keep a good record of them. You responded to him last week. It's painfully obvious what you're doing here...
