I am simply a customer using a service. I don't even know the specifics of what a DDoS attack really means. All i know is that the service that I trust with my money is not delivering right now, and this is cause for concern. That's it. If you went to the bank, and they weren't open on the middle of a Wednesday, you'd flip to shit too and wouldn't care what the problem is.

At least lobby chat is still online, in this topic  On serious note: if they are actually developing something against the DDoS attacks then I guess it can take a while (like now.) Then again, as a webdeveloper, I would think they "just" need a good hosting/DDoS protection service for it (I am not expert on server-level tho.) Even backup server with only a simple HTML file for a message on the website "We are working on it. Updates. blabla" would be good I think. Should be very simple and possible, yet ensuring the customers that it will be ok. |
