If anyone is interested...

SWCPOKER.com (Highly targeted name pure genuine traffic)
Godaddy Push of ownership only at this time.
First few hours monitoring traffic looks like it may do XXX unique visits a day + as time goes on.
When one does a conversion via affiliate at 20% for life when compared to the old .com name...
100+ uv at a small X% conversion rate is approx. $15,000 USD per annum (approx 50-75 BTC) + at current BTC price, price goes up, revenue goes up! Again when using old .com name as reference.

Asking 500 Bitcoin or best offer. Big amount sure but big revenue stream potential as well!
Ciurrent high offer is 200 BTC + $25,000 USD.

Reasoning being is ownership directly of this name by swcpoker would mean approx $75,000 per annum in revenue roi in 1-2 years!

PM offers, ultimately may just use it for affiliate myself next week. Again all above is projected, no gaur.

That URL is worthless. If someone is offering 200 BTC + $25k, take it. Seriously. Before they realize they're making a horrible business deal.

That specific domain has nothing going for it. It's not special. If you just want to rank, rank for "swc poker" using the domain "urafloppydonkey.com" and you'll have the same success.

Math doesn't add up - as BTC increases, players simply play smaller mBTC games, since, effectively, they are thinking in USD.  Exercise: Set BTC at $10K.  You think the player base will float up with it so that rake will go up 40X from here??  This, of course, is even without considering their caps policies.  for NL it's min(.005 BTC, 3BB).  So even as BTC rises, rake maxes out very quickly.

So looks like Crypto stole one here!

Math does make sense if the same volume is played as price rises however you are also correct that would hit a ceiling at which point it did not as players would simply play less coin. So one may see a increase for a short time then flattening out or adjust as players adjusted habit for value. The same may be said of a price drop I suppose.

So yes good catch sir but the valuation was based on todays value any ways $200-$300 BTC.

At the current time the math makes sense minus potential increase due to BTC increasing but rather I should have stated popularity (more sign ups/players) WILL increase revenue.

Ok, so I'm stoked that the new seals started up but I'm incredibly bummed that it's only for Windoze ppl now.  There is no ability to play in a browser, to play on android, or on any desktop other than Windoze.  In my opinion, this puts seals with clubs back into the stone age of all the other poker sites that only support windoze and guess what, I don't have windoze and I've never played them.

So sad.

Can you guys at least bring back play in the browser?

I am waiting for the browser version as well. Micon did say that the browser and the mac version will come out after windows and should happen soon.

Hopefully the "mac" version will run on GNU/Linux desktops as well.  Their last linux release probably would have run on OSX as well since it was just a python program.  Yah, Micon, don't forget that some of us don't do the MicroSoft thing (we keep our computers as free of shit, just as you do with your bitcoin wallets).

Wow just read this. Yeah no one would even pay more than 1 BTC for it. It seems to be completely useless.

We'll see new owner is waiting for their affiliate stuff next week.

It is simple math, their affiliate stuff hasn't changed (20% for life).

The old site ending in .com had roughly 100-200 visits a day, that equated to X number of sign ups per day and a $XX,XXX per year in btc revenue (proven).

This name will be no different, all estimated of course Smiley

Why anyone can say the exact match name in dot com with good natural traffic and affiliate conversion potential is worthless or worth just X shows how little they actually know.

@darkmule

Are you on drugs?

You gotta love bitcointalk where "kill yourself" and "Fuck off" are great replies and signs of proof Smiley

@caga, they mentioned they would be honoring their affiliates but not sure if that means automatically or resigning. Have to wait to see next week.

Well, only if you read Smiley
The old site has the form to transfer krills and the account username.
So you will have to fill in the form on the old site and on the new one, just hit forgot password. You will be sent the details to your email. Your krill will be transferred as well

You say in all bold to cashout all accounts at old sealswithclubs.  But my account in old sealswithclubs has like 0.2 chips or something like that.  Are you guys really wanting me to cash out kSats?  It would be really convenient if I could just transfer that somehow but the point is that it's so small that I couldn't redeposit it.

That's 0.0002 BTC, and yes, that's what they want. Basically, the system appears to have no limits now on withdrawals.

Yeah , just to test out, I tried withdrawing out 0.0004 BTC i had on an account and that got processed as well. So it seems there is no limit on the withdrawal.

Yep. Based on reading SWC's post, it looks like Micon has no control over the wallets, though he's in control of the new site. So you can't just transfer the existing balance over because it's two separate entities in control. It'd be like trying to use your Wal-Mart gift card at Target -- they're two separate stores.

Instead of transferring, why not just transfer it to the address of the new site ? You will atleast save time, transferring it to yourself, and then transferring it to the new site.
