loling in st6 hands how long will be down.  Prob in antiguas hands until licenses seals. Who is the govt leader of antigua so we can petition him to hurry up the process of liscensing seals?

It takes bribes. Maybe your othrr 2 accounts.

ha ha ha   Antigua has no extradition treaty perfect place for micon to set up secientolegy koresh type headquaters. Isn't it funny that micon was only an affiliate pro but didn't own seals ? Funny how seals went down same time he went to antigua. I told you all along he owned seals people told me no way .

As we know on the Seals website you can cashout your chips and the beginning reads as follows:

"Players are encouraged to request a cashout for
their balances using the form below."

I took this literally and with this encouragement I courageously requested my balance.

Was the word encouraged  there from the beginning could have sworn that initially  it said players may cashout.
Why would they encourage  cashouts if they plan on coming back anytime soon.

It is a kick in the ass to have had the site that had the most integrity out of any site I have ever played on go to missinformation if not outright lying about its status instead of sticking to transparency.More then obvious had nothing to do with hardware failure but pretty easy to connect the dots at this point as caps locks stated. Maybe it is just me but really rubs me the wrong way to be told site coming back up soon and keep checking twitter when that is not even close to being the case. I would much rather have found out the truth from a site I have played on the last 2 years rather then another forum, that is really disconcerting to me.

Unforeseen circumstances have forced Seals to be taken down. Players are encouraged to cashout during the downtime  as we don't know when we will be able to go back online. We appreciate all the suport from the players and hope to be back. Check twitter for any updates.    Something to that effect would have gone over a lot better.

I have no idea if it was there.  People tend to use language ambiguously and so we are left scratching each other's heads trying to figure out what was meant.

I received my cashout quickly.  I am grateful but not happy Sad

Not looking good.

Original wording:
"Don't cry, Seals will be back soon.  Check our twitter feed for updates"

New wording:
"Player balances are available to be cashed out using the form below."

And of course this change.

Original wording:
"While we are down, you can enter withdrawal requests using the form below"

New wording:
"Players are encouraged to request a cashout for their balances using the form below."

What really prob happened?  Micon felt heat from doj  decided to liquidate bitcoins  so didn't have to pay taxes  took site off line went to a counrty antigua that has no extradition treaty. New casinos going to be built in antinga also will get in on the gaming industry there. gg seals.

Still can't take away that paid everyone off could have taken the coins with him. Shit happenes was a nice run. Poker like it should be still aggrevating as shit and why people mad .

Confirmed

Micon is playing on Stars right now, with a DonkDown avatar, from Antigua and Barbuda.  He is a professional poker player, so I guess that makes sense.  Most of us are looking for somewhere to play.

This entire situation is so weird. Micon in Antigua, site not up after a week (Implying its neither a hardware nor software issue), vague twitter posts. Not going to lie, the entire situation strikes me as bizarre to say the least.

Agreed... hopefully withdrawals all go through. I just submitted my request.

Sucks to lose the leading poker site though, Sad.

Update on my end. Withdrawal just went through. Looks like many others did as well:

https://blockchain.info/tx/48ebe4fffd1716dbdafa4f571cfbe5bf6e32a6296d16429b3b2abcf69e40f304

So things are going well on the "getting your money out" end still. Over 100 BTC was sent out in that transaction.
