What's the reason for the shutdown?

There is a statement about that on the Seals website.

Currently there is no website.

Better wait for a few days and let Micon finish the new Swc..

Old site seems to be down at the moment or maybe a rush of players  trying to add email to their account

I have 100 screen names have to add email to all? only way I was able to collude and cheat

says the fucktard in red that you have to proceed in caution with. I wouldn't proceed  in triple wrapped condoms with your scaming ass

RIP Seals. This was the reason I first purchased any bitcoin. Best of luck to Micon and I'll be joining the new site. Keep fighting the good fight.

RIP Seals.  Seals was the first way I ever got Bitcoin, fuck buying it!

Ran nothing up to 20 BTC in a couple months early on, starting with those cool 50 chip freerolls.  Remember when those popped off every hour or two?  Play was loose and soft back then.

RIP in peace.

All the best in your scamming future.

hey everyone! Grindabit is sad to see Seals going down. We know there will be lots of players switching over to Betcoin now, so I wanted to let you know what we have to offer. We have an exclusive deal with Betcoin that allows us to offer a Rake Chase with up to 25% rakeback, and anyone can join! If you want more info, click here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=676776.0

This rakeback does not affect any other earnings you get, so be sure to take advantage!

Poor form on seals.

And they hint that the domain is in danger of being seized yet the new site is also .eu domain instead of .ag for Antigua. If the new seals is gonna do the same, allowing  players from  the illegal  states, WA, NV, NJ, etc., than what is the difference  as far as getting seized? It would be da javu all over sgain, as Yogi Berra would say. Why don't they register a seals domain for Antigua, which last time I checked are available.
So they say no software issue yet they are in perpetual  jeopardy. How can hardware be in perpetual jeopardy? Just move  it to new physical address. This whole thing is very convoluted. The only thing they have done rigth is allowing  withdrawals.  They should come out and say what the problem was.

Its not a gov issue.  Likely during the move to beta, they located a bug where someone on the inside was stealing or leaking info.  They prob couldnt figure out how or who, so gave up on it.

Pretty sure the problem was they were threatened by doj type outfit. Anything else would be possible to overcome. They all live in the states most likely which is why it was a legitimate threat to make them snap fold. Nothing else makes sense. Harder to threaten and prosecute someone living in antigua though.
