Instead of transferring, why not just transfer it to the address of the new site ? You will atleast save time, transferring it to yourself, and then transferring it to the new site.
This is very reasonable suggestion but I think if they transfer all data this will take huge time and they don't want to do so.I think is quite practical idea to cashout and deposit again when the site will go live again.

I don't have time to go through all the posts since Feb 11th, but was there ever any evidence regarding this raid other than Micon?  I've searched a bit and everything online is traceable back to Micon's youtube post and subsequent forum posts.

Obviously, he could've just taken the BTC and run so I give him that, but surely if a raid action were taken there would be some evidence of it since the government has open records requirements and all of that stuff, right?

The NGC could certainly seize computers without publicly disclosing anything.  If there had been an arrest, they would have made a public disclosure.

The video statement looks legit to me.  And he wrote:  Served with a search warrant from Nevada Gaming at gunpoint, then lead out my front door in nothing but boxers & handcuffs, then they stole most of my electronics. I was not arrested or charged with any crimes.

His comments about them unnecessarily drawing guns, using handcuffs, etc. in front of his 2-year old kid appear to be authentic.

Karl Bennison, the chief of enforcement of the Nevada Gaming Control Board, told Ars on Monday that a “law enforcement action” took place at Micon's home on February 11, 2015. The official also confirmed that Micon was not arrested or charged with a crime and that “the investigation is ongoing.”

You say in all bold to cashout all accounts at old sealswithclubs.  But my account in old sealswithclubs has like 0.2 chips or something like that.  Are you guys really wanting me to cash out kSats?  It would be really convenient if I could just transfer that somehow but the point is that it's so small that I couldn't redeposit it.

That's 0.0002 BTC, and yes, that's what they want. Basically, the system appears to have no limits now on withdrawals.

Interesting, I can definitely withdrawl my-less-than-a-chip balance.  I had no idea they actually wanted me to do that.  I'd just donate the dust but if they prefer that I take it....

Ongoing investigations are usually exempt from public records requirements.

Would suggest a deadline to claim them. It should be long enough to allow reasonably everyone to be aware of what happened to old seal and to fix most issues for new SwcPoker software.....and then....big tournaments for all loyal seals  Cool Wink

Yeah , just to test out, I tried withdrawing out 0.0004 BTC i had on an account and that got processed as well. So it seems there is no limit on the withdrawal.

and only the withdrawal of 0.0004, takes about 12 hours? or more?

I cashed out my old SwC balance a little over 24 hours ago.  Nothing has shown up on the blockchain yet.  How often are these typically processed?

Also, I had 2FA on my old SwC account, so I don't know if that has any affect on my cashout request.

Not surprising its taking a little longer to process cashouts if most of the focus is on the new platform.

Whoever is doing cashouts probably waits for a decent sized batch to accumulate, and that's taking longer now that most have already cashed out.

This seems like the best answer. Another comment on the software. Being able to show 1 or 2 on non show down mucked hands in plo is really tilting defo not a fan of that lol.
