At some stage Jared has to think about his future, a 2 million marketcap is not going to pay the bills after the $250k funding is gone. Jared could make a lot more working as a marketing manager at some big international company.

Just a heads up to everyone. The 190,000,000 (190 million) DGB that Disgraced Cryptsy owner Paul Vernon tried to sell on bittrex were returned to the receiver. I reported it to bittrex and they froze it at the time and the latest filing of cryptsy receiver showed the values recovered.. on it was 210,000,000 DGB. Bittrex distribution page no longer shows the 190 million in address #1 on the exchange.

Glad that wasn't dumped. On the bright side that 210 million is tied up till receivers can disperse it. A sell might happen to spread costs over all users or they may split the DGB back to returns im not sure. The receiver has stated that since likely paul wiped the server records returning to users is going to become difficult so they need to figure a solution.

Its on page 18 in the document approx... there is a list of a bunch of recovered coins. GLD seems to have had a huge recovery like DGB

To answer your question, you first have to be mindful of BTC/USD

if 1 BTC = $1000, $1 = 0.001 (100000 sat)
if 1 BTC = $10000, $1 = 0.0001 (10000 sat)
The highest DGB has ever "touch" was 998 sat.

I think it is possible 3-5 years from today...to "touch" $1, and it can baseline around $1...7-10 years from today.
Here is another way to look at it:

It is very possible for 1 BTC = $2000-$4000 before End 2017.
It is very possible for 1 DGB = 500-1000 sat before End 2017.

If 1 BTC = $2000 and 1 DGB = 500 sat, 1 DGB will be 1 cent.

for many of us, DGB hitting $0.01...is already GRAND.

NEM only has a high marketcap because it's premined. Plenty coins in the top 50 are only there because of premine, pos, low supply that is easily manipulated or reward rate that is very low.
