Sorry guys, but what is the reason for having a multipool for a coin, that can be mined directly? Does it mean that nobody wants to mine UTC any more?

The multipool sells the other coins and buys UTC to distribute back to the miners. This means more buy orders and should help up the price of UTC. This worked for blackoin and it went up 600% in 2 days

No, it is one of the most profitable coins to mine right now. I use my GPUs. You can see a comparison here www.whattomine.com

Someone with English as a first language maybe could help with the texts on the new multipool. They need proof reading big time.

The goal is to MINE ULTRA COIN and ADD TO THE VALUE OF ULTRA COIN at the same time. You mine Alt-Coins, Dump those Alt-Coins for highest price, buy UTC with the BTC, give UTC to miners. This is a way to directly mine UTC while also helping its value go UP. OPPOSED TO mine UTC->Dump for BTC Simple as that, I would actually mine UTC like this if given the choice. Is there a multi-pool operational yet for UTC? I have not been in the loop as of late.

Also alot of people gave up mining UTC because of the changes or they struggled with setting's Thiago's MP is in testing phase at the moment he needs miner's to help out but i think its alittle messed up right now my miner cant connect

UTC MultipoolI am happy o announce that a multipool for UltraCoin is now ready. It is in a test version now. Stratum server is not connect to any coin yet. I think tomorrow we will be ready to mine so get your hashes ready http://UTCmultipool.comRegards, HF HF i hope you fix stratum problem before sunday hits. Because sunday will be change block reward from 50 to 15 UTC for 4 years !! And this is really good chance for ASIC miners to have a lot UTC now before sunday hits. When the multipool will work, we must spread that on troll-box cryptsy. UTCmultipool.com and change block reward is now best weapon to kill the dumpers and help rise UTC

Sorry guys, but what is the reason for having a multipool for a coin, that can be mined directly? Does it mean that nobody wants to mine UTC any more?
The only reason for the existance of a multipool is to increase the price of a coin. It works in the following way: we mine a coin which is the most profitable to mine at any given moment, these mined coins are then exchanged into BTC, and for these BTC, UTC are bought. Thanks to this operation, we get rid off sell offers at a lowest price. In subsequent days multipool will buy UTC at higher prices then in previous days because sell offers at lower prices have already been fulfilled by multipool. Of course there might be fluctuations of price because of the people who might try to manipulate the price but in the long run the price is bound to rise. The most important thing for an efficient running of a multipool is the right choice of a coin to mine. Also, for this plan to work we need as many miners in a multipool as possible. The more miners, the more BTC, the more UTC bought, the faster the price rise. Cheers

I think tomorrow we will be ready to mine so get your hashes ready http://UTCmultipool.comRegards, HF Is there any way you can make this pool not require registration? That's always a big turnoff for me - yet one more password to generate and store, one more account to get hacked, etc. Can you just have the username be an address send all mined coined e.g. once a day? Hi The appearance of UTCmultipool will hopefully be improved shortly, but this is not at all my concern at the moment. The functionality is my prime goal , maximizing of pool's efficiency and profitability for the miners. At the moment the frontend is neat and easy to read, I am a programmer and a server administrator, not a designer. If there are volunteers to make it look nicer , you are welcome to assist. Cheers
